Friendly and helpful hosts, generous room sizes, huge pool area, views to die for.....

Having to leave at the end of a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay. Really private but super close to everything. Very nice swimmingpool and garden.

It is an amazing property, with incredible sea view and beautiful garden with pool. The place is spacious, equipped really well with everything you may think of, including gas grill. I would like to mention also our great host George, who was ultimately helpful and kind all the time. Even allowed us to check-in really-really late night. Also to check-out later, because of our bad timing

Everything was perfect, so nothing

The stay at Villa Varouxakis exceeded our expectations! everything was simply fantastic, great pool with a view, nice outdoor area to eat and hang out, spacious and comfortable villa (each room with a separate bathroom). Walking distance to the main street in Platanias with shops, bakery, bars and pubs and local beach. Great spot for the trips to Elafonissi beach (1'15" drive), Falasarna beach (45" drive) and Laguna Balos (1'05" drive). Chania is only 20mins away. The hosts George & Silvia went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. George takes a great care of the property, outdoor and swimming pool area. He is very helpful and approachable, yet discrete, always there when you need him. We had a fantastic stay there and highly recommend the place! We will gladly come back one day. A wonderfull place with awesome view, quiet, ideal for your holidays. It's also an excellent idea to use this place for work from distance. The owners are very polite and willing to cover all your wishes. They are positive people and they made me feel like my home ❤️

Everything was just perfect. Location, value for money, hospitality and excellent hostess George and Sylvia. The view from the pool was unique. We felt safe in villa Varouxakis.
