All employees were excellent in their efforts to comply with any and all needs or wants. Great service.

I like this hotel. The location was great and the bed was extremely big for a king size bed. The water pressure was phenomenal to say the least. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friend and family.

Nothing that I disliked. The soap containers in my room seemed to be loose and were leaking on the floor. My room was on the side of the main road you could hear the noise of cars passing by.

The staff tried very hard to communicate because my Spanish is limited at this time. I greatly appreciated that. And almost everyone was very friendly.

The hot breakfast was very limited, but tasted great. Also, if there were a couple of people that speak English, it would have made the stay even better.

For breakfast the tables should be more separated

The staff are really nice and helpful at this hotel and the rooms are large. It is also a good location for the bus station and cable car.

The bathroom has a constant smell of stagnant water. The shower takes over 5 minutes to get warm water. Shower doesn’t drain properly and a puddle of water just sits on the tiles. Phones don’t work to call down to reception. Aircon unit drips cold water on the floor. The room has Cooking facility but with no pans or plates. The hotel is on a very very busy road. It is extremely noisy with traffic all day all night. I have to wear ear plugs it’s that bad. TV only has x2 English Chanel’s with no option to connect Netflix or Amazon Prime. Breakfast is the same everyday. Cold Egg, stale Croissant and coffee with skin on the top. Discussing..!!!

The system for breakfast was highly effective

I put the NO DISTURB sign on the door, but the hotel personnel entered the room, some belongings from the fridge were missing. I had to present a claim and leave the hotel, I did not stay the second night. In the morning I visited the hotel to get my belongings. They appeared and I received a speech from the cleaning room personnel. Is not precisely the way to resolve the situation.
