Péssima limpeza do quarto. Corredores e salão de café da manhã sujos.
Café da manhã desorganizado, faltando comida e café, serviço ruim com mesas e utensílios sujos.
Banheiro minisculo e em mal estado de conservação.

Exceptionally clean. Amazing breakfast. Family suite is enormous, we were 5 and beds/room to spare. We managed to self cater; 2 rings, no oven, some pans. Good location on the peninsula. 5 mins to supermarket and many bars/restaurants an easy stroll. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Plenty of parking by the door, but we were out of season. Swimming pool not open in winter but clear communication regarding this at booking.

Ubicación buena, tranquila y cerca de todo.

Limpieza deficiente en el espacio del desayuno. Admiten mascotas y los dueños las llevan a la piscina y desayunar. Lamían el suelo durante el desayuno lo que no resultaba muy agradable a la vista y en general, poco higiénico.
En el desayuno, a las horas punta, se acaban los utensilios de servicio y la comida,habia pedirlo todo y esperar a que lo lavasen o lo preparasen.
Habitaciones muy desiguales. la segunda que nos dieron tenia un baño mínimo pero mucha luz. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio porque en la primera la vista era a una pared con aparatos de AC. Hay habitaciones con baños amplios. En general, necesitan mantenimiento.
La cama bien hecha el día de entrada, los siguientes solo pasable.
Las fotos son mejores que la realidad.

Adoramos o hotel! Funcionários educados e solícitos, que inclusive falam português. Café da manhã delicioso, com um pouco de tudo. Quartos amplos e muito limpos. Localização excepcional, fizemos tudo a pé. Certamente voltaremos.
Poucas vagas de estacionamento, todas descobertas. Como fomos de carro, muitos dias tivemos que estacionar na rua do hotel, que é bastante tranquila.

Location is great, near all touristic attractions and restaurants. Staff so kind and helpful. All the common areas of the hotel are very comfortable and beautiful.

La cama es espectacular y el lugar de la piscina es hermoso. Lindo patio con Pool Bar. Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de todo.
El baño y la habitación en general era muy chicos. El desayuno tiene que mejorar, no pueden darte mermelada en paquetes de conaprole! es un hotel Boutique que no es barato en temporada, le tienen que poner un poco más de cariño al desayuno.

great location in a quiet part of the peninsula. the beds and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable and the shower was hot and good water pressure. tasty breakfast options and a huge kudos to the friendly, helpful staff for making our stay as enjoyable as possible!

Great pool and pool bar. Clean rooms, helpful staff. Good guides/tips to eat, travel and enjoy around Punta del Este. Definetely good value for the money.

The location was good the bed was comfortable and while the room was not very spacious it provided everything a traveler needs. The breakfast offerings were pretty limited but serviceable and offered until noon.
We wished that the honor bar would have opened long before 8:00 pm for a proper cocktail hour and there were few choices available.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Coffee and tea available all day long. Good breakfast. The rooms are nice and fresh. Very good value for money.
As it was pre-season and some buildings around hotel are empty, it feels a bit sad area. But within 5 min you're in the lively harbor, we did but mind so much the area. The rooms are quite noisy, you hear neighbors and hallway.

I liked the breakfast and the quiet area next to the harbour
they gave us a room with a tiny bathroom and the sink was clogged, I requested a change of rooms and the did it.
