Very close to a beautiful hike in the woods, friendly staff and the restaurant offers great food.

Comfortable room, very spacious bathroom, very friendly guy at the reception. Great location - 5 minute walk from the Edmmond Gorge trail. Highly recommended!

Would have been nice to have a kettle/hot water for tea/coffee in the room Also, very few vegan options for breakfast - would be nicecto have soy milk/yogurt.

° the hot water : not enough to fill a bathtub ° no curtain on the bathtub : this is mentionned by almost every visitor - the hotel management seems not to care for it - but you can not take a shower without making the whole bathroom wet ° television: not working, 1 channel, no sound - we gave up ° WIFI only in the restaurant ° carpets etc need to be cleaned ° very unpolite treathment by the young guy in the restaurant. Also other people complained - this was the first time in our travelling life (more than 50 years, all over the world) that a person was so rude. I hope it was to blame on his lack of the language.

Good restaurant. Personnel were friendly especiallyat check-in. Parking next to the hotel. Good breakfast and great location for a day trip.

Mattresses are very thin which makes the beds not too comfortable. Cleaning can be improved! There was dust on the carpet and on bedside lamps. A simple shower curtain could help stop the floor from getting wet.

The position is excellent as a starting point to visit the main attractions.

- The shower was without a curtain, so the floor of the bathroom is easily getting wet. Moreover the connection of the shower head is not corresponding to the fixing point on the staff so, by opening the shower, the head is not staying in place but it rotates and moves. - The television is very old style, it is with a cathode ray tube. Since we are in 2021, it would be good to have a flat screen.

The first time we checked into this hotel, the receptionist lady was very helpful and they gave us a room with a balcony. A few days later we decided to come again. They gave us a room with only a small window and no air conditioner. We immediately asked the receptionist (a different person) if we could have the balcony room since we payed the same price as last time, and we could see that he had many other free rooms. He was rude and gave us strange excuses, saying there are “guests arriving sooner than the check-in time” Funny, since we called two weeks before our arrival to ask if we could check-in at 12 instead of 2pm. The answer was that they do not do earlier check-ins The next day we asked if we could check-out 20min later (since we were supposed to be in the room where “guests aren’t arriving earlier”, the whole reason we “couldn’t change our room”), but of course we were denied by the same receptionist and had to check out before 11! No flexibility whatsoever, overall a bad experience with this particular receptionist, very bad communication and interaction

The stuff was super friendly and welcoming. I was able to leave my bicycle in separate storage room and even after I checked out in the morning until I returned from my hike in the afternoon. The breakfast was just perfect, a bit of everything and more than enough.

The light-colored blinds in my room let a lot of light in and you need to close the window in the morning, because you can hear the cars from the street close by.

Beds were comfortable, location was excellent, parking convenient.

The room and the needs some tender loving care to mend curtains, ensure wardrobe doors don't get stuck, the hall runner is more skillfully attached and the bathroom sink has a plug or strainer to stop items disappearing down the drain.
