I got what I needed, however..

When I arrived, the manager told me that he will take me to their “front building” because they were all booked up in their main building. He then led me to the North Face Inn, an entirely different hotel. I asked if there would be a price difference and he said no. But online it is listed as a few dollars less than Silver Oak. Super disappointing that someone would do such a thing. I wish he had just been honest, apologized for the inconvenience then charged me the actual price of the North Face Inn plus a discount.

Rien a dire, c'était parfait ! Avec un large choix pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre est niquel et le lit super confortable ! Possibilité de laisser les bagages gratuitement pour partir en trek ! Personnel extra, le manager est vraiment super, il nous a beaucoup aidé a plusieurs reprise et s'occupait de tout pour nous

Un fantástico alojamiento donde estar en Pokhara. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. El desayuno abundante y rico. A 5 minutos andando de la calle principal, pero en una calle tranquila y sin ruidos. El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron en todo. Nos guardaron las mochilas durante el trekking sin problema. Hemos estado muy bien, lo recomendamos 100%!

Tot molt bé! Ubicació perfecte, l'hotel amb molt d'encant. Les habitacions grans i llits molt còmodes.

Only the location is good but it’s not value for money at all.

They didn’t provide anything in room. Just a small soap, 1 bottle of water & 2 towels. It’s frustrating because we booked a big room & paid a lot. Their breakfast is just a bread & egg nothing else. Also don’t book any tour plan or bike from them. They will scam you. I have been Nepal for 3 times but this is the worst. They behave very friendly but on the other hand they just Scamming you.

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet. Und die Lage war hervorragend. Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Und es war sehr hilfreich zu erfahren welche Reiseoption man bekommen konnte.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff are all amazing and very happy and helpful. The room was fantastic very clean, spacious and to a high standard. Breakfast was freshly made. Trips were organised efficiently. Very close to the lake and all amenities. Fantastic thank you so much!
