we booked this place as the images looked nice and we were stopping off in lille by train to go to annecy. the area itself is a tad questionable and i felt a little unsafe at times… the accommodation itself is fine for a night or so i just don’t rate the area very highly.

i did not like anything
it was terrible i had to pick up the keys from across town when booking said that the keys were at the location the was smelly the shower was blocked the microwave took a half an hour to heat up anything

The location was all right, free parking close by. Super market and good bakery close by
The room looked like a brothel, kitchen utilities and walls was dirty. Pick up place for keys was quite far away from the apartment. Very hard to communicate with the staff as they only spoke French.

nothing was good… it’s not worth to stay as a family in this property. it was with mould and top floor
if you are planning to stay as a family this is not a right place to stay… hotel staff are not coorperative and I booked for 4 rooms but they had only 3 rooms we need to adjust with 3 rooms . it’s was very old property with pathetic condition. and bathroom full of mould and toilet flat was really unsized one a lot to tell

Location is great for travelling in and around Lille
It was quite hot during our visit and no fans in the unit. Also the unit is quite close to the street and hence lots of noise coming inside of cars and people at night. Not recommended flr family with kids but good for solo travellers

Key location so far from the apartment. whole building had a smell of mould. Room we had, had no window in the bedroom. Power was out from midnight until 10 minutes before check out - we will be exploring options for a refund.

Fast money return, god location
Personal haven't talked English even when it's in the description. Most important fact that you need to go for keys by metro to different location, It has not been mentioned in description. I asked personal few times where can I leave keys when leaving noone replied to me. In apartmanet ther was cold, smell of cigarettes, heater looked like it can make fire (u can see smoke marks on the wall on photos. Too narrow and slope stairs.

You need to get keys elsewhere! It's as inconvenient as it can be.
