Not quiet, old, smell like cigarettes smoking. Very uncomfortable bed

there was mold in the bathroom

I liked that extending my stay was smooth.

I didnt like how the guy at the front didnt understand english.It was hard to communicate what I was asking for.I think the bed had bedbugs I had bites on me..The bed isnt comfortable.. There was no extra towels.I didnt know how to put the AC on

There was a bed and a working AC. The location is pretty good.

Everything. Horrible service. Had to scream at the reception for 30 minutes to get my booking. Had to find it myself on their dairy only for them to tell me they didn't have the room(twin bedroom). I asked for my money back and they wouldn't give it back. Instead he tried to convince us that we didn't "need" the room we booked and we should get a double bed instead(lol). After a lot of arguing they gave us two separate rooms to compensate and the guy even said we took advantage of them.

Cybele hotel is located some 15 min walking from Kifissia metro station. Tavernas in Pefki are also some 15 min away from the hotel. Athens international airport can be reached in 30 min by car. Across the quiet road, you will find a supermarket open till 9 pm which allows you to buy your breakfast goodies. The large room was spotless with a sliding double window pane opening on a large parking provided free of charge, a rarity in shambolic Athens.

Everything was perfect.

Very clean room, good facilities for the price. Good a/c, fridge was a bonus and a good shower. I would recommend it to friends.

Location is a bit inconvenient to the centre of town and needs a taxi to get there.
