Nice..i feel safe happy with my stay

- The price fairly was cheap for a budget hotel & I had to book very last minute to just get some rest before heading out to my next destination. - No parking issue and you are able to park freely on the public parking available - Located just beside the highway & easy access to fast food restaurants around. It is just opposite the Sunway Pyramid - like 5 minutes

- The staff seems like did not receive any notifications from booking.com on confirming my stay - Room 202 - the bed on right side was broken when I enter the room. Feels so uncomfortable to even rest on it. Hope they will look into the bed really soon.

The water heater not working

We booked a room in advance, but on the day we visited, all of the rooms were fully occupied, although the staff was trying to help and get us another room that is under maintenance, but we decides to go other places. In the end, we still have to pay for a room that we didn't get to stay. Overall, BAD experience

First entering the lobby, the musty smell assault me. First 2 rooms assigned to me have bad air cond unit. The 3 rd one luckily working. Bed is just okay. Cleanliness is ok. Bathroom is ok. The good news is the location. Sunway Mentari Business Park has almost everything. Fastfoods, pawnshops, pharmacy, groceries shops, Mr. Diy, ECO shop, local cuising, bar etc. All within walking distance. And the parking is abu dant infront of the hotel. Conclusion, this hotel is suitable for business overnight.

Rooms are not well kept. Aircond, locks all need to be in good order
