Overall staff and the property were very good. Rooms were clean and well lit. Facilities offered were great and and the restaurant was amazing.

The food in their in-house restaurant was better than most Indian-American restaurants I have eaten at in the USA (and I have tried many of them). The staff in the hotel and restaurant were top-notch. One thing which never seems to be mentioned is that the hotel is about 100 ft from a subway stop! Unfortunately, I didn't discover that until my last morning there. The subway is very clean and patrolled by local police.
Like many metropolitan areas in India, the air quality in Lucknow is poor. The hotel rooms are fine though as the air is filtered.

But payment was charged at the Reception not by Booking.com as I filled credit card details while booking, Due to non deduction directly by booking.com i have bearded a loss of cashback ie rs 1300 or exact amount not remembered kindly see this matter

The place is centrally located in the city. Very easy to access to the hotel by road and metro.
The mattress is too soft. It was bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Loved the staff- one of the reception staff Satyam drew us a wonderful map of all the eating joints.
The bathroom in the suite overflowed.
Breakfast should have more western options and fresh tea.

Location excellent. . all foods are exceptionally well.. Chefs are excellent. . particularly Mr. Abhijit Biswas is a very good chef.. 💝💝
