I like the room cleaning, room service. All the staffs are very supportive. I recommend this to everyone.one of the best hotel.

The construction of a hotel next door, its a bit of an eyesore.

Had a wonderful stay in feb at the hotel and stayed in room 704. The staff are super helpful and will do the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The airport pick up was on time. Had a wonderful stay.

同じフロアに夜中に非常に煩く騒ぐ男性の集団客がいて、真夜中に騒音で起こされ、かなり迷惑だった。

Location

Cleanliness, initially power sockets were not working-this problem was solved after several hours, okayish bathrooms, we had to ask for small basic things which generally every room should already have, etc.

Good location with shopping mall and plenty of restaurants, shops and street food options nearby.

The room was not clean upon arrival as there was garbage left under the bed from previous stay. Also the bathroom was not properly cleaned with mold starting to grow on the walls and glass surfaces. Shower gel and hand wash liquid were not sufficiently topped up. The smell on the corridor on 7th floor was unbearable due to anti insect substance being continuously dispersed.

Room facilities were bright and light. Buffet breakfast spread and buffet dinner spread. Great place to have a family reunion. Laundry was excellent price. Camellia room and banquet room are great spaces. Rooms are spacious.

Sixth floor is a smoking floor which is not advertised. We checked in at 5 pm - one rooms was ready but second room wasn't prepared for another 1.5 hours and only after going to reception was luggage brought up. We were thankfully moved to fifth floor with interconnected rooms. However I had to ask for the hairdryer and a hand towel. Shower The room also didn't get cleaned until we spoke to the head of housekeeping. The staff were friendly when they came to deliver the items and did do everything efficiently when asked.

Personalet var ikke gode til engelske på restauranten. Det var lidt af en udfordring. Døren til den ene toiletdør larmede rigtigt meget. Vi fik brændt 3 strøm til USB stik af, og stik sad løst i væggen. Det gjorde det svært at oplade mobiler mm. Flere lamper virkede ikke.

Check in at hotel was very poor room not ready by 15.00 past Ur check-in time and unfortunately first impression of welcoming Ur guests was very poor I wonder if they have been trained as per the Hilton standards to MAKE IT RIGHT

Everything was on point.. Very clean and services were provided quickly

I never liked that the pool closed at 8 pm Which i wasn't aware of and because of the timings I never got to see the pool. So that's the only thing which I didn't like
