We loved staying at Patrick’s place. He was welcoming and also told us a bit about the interesting history of his property. Highly recommend and will stay there in the future.

Huge apartment located minutes from the harbour, several restaurants and shops in Simrishamn Old Town. The apartment is located on the first floor of an old refurbished factory building and is tastefully decorated in a lavish style. There is a small balcony which gets the morning sun, so it's perfect for a relaxing breakfast. The owner was lovely and provided us with an interesting history of the building and the town. We were able to park in the building courtyard.

Only a very minor complaint which was the lack of a kettle (for the tea drinkers) 😉 but easy enough to manage boiling water in a saucepan.

Beautiful building with a rich history, and spectacular room. Highly recommended!

A huge and very cosy apartment, it was warm despite the cold weather, a nice owner, perfect location.

Someone who stayed before us didn't do a good job washing dishes so we had to wash before using them. The outside place is a bit in the way and not cosy to seat at.

Friendly host, spacious apartment, good beds.
