The property is really nice. Definitely has a good vibe. We were accommodated for an early check-in and also were given drinks on spot. The staff were great and really helpful.

Food could have been better

The staff here are amazingly helpful. The manager Jagru welcomed us from the moment we arrived with a fresh welcome shots to the last minute we checked out was the most helpful person with all her staff. My wife got amazing guidances from a hotel member named Dale constantly on where to go and about up side and down side of every city spot which was very helpful. The hotel team generally welcomed us with big smile everyday and even restaurant team were very helpful everyday to explain us the foods and share ideas what we could try new from the kitchen. The exaggerated colors, the hygiene and cleanness, the vibe next to the pool, the oven pizza and bbq next to the pool, everything seemed magical at Ronil JDV. Bravo to them. We had a rare experience of “hotel stay satisfaction” here.

Location, Hotel Staff, breakfast were all good. But was extremely disatisfied with the room quality and room size. I had boked executive room which was the best room as per Ronils category but it was too small against what was described on your website. Also concisdering 4 star rating, toilteries provided were extremely basic which is usually of a 2star or may b 3star hotel standards

Poor Room size, quality. Hotel room as well as service doesnt justify the 4star hotel standards and the amount Paid.

Location of the hotel

The room was nowhere near the pictures shown on booking.com. we booked a room for 3 people for 30k and they gave us room that's tinier than your average kitchen. We had to pay additional 3k to get an upgrade. The wifi was slow as zombie. Food was okay. I still feel we could have got a lot better hotel for the same price.

breakfast and dinner assortment can be improved. My expectation was that it will match the standards as you have in Bangalore and Mumbai hotel.

swimming pool timings can be increased and pool to be open early in mornings.

Hotel Staff was really nice. Location is awesome as it is within 100meters from Baga and 1.5kms from Calangute. Food is great and a special thanks to the Manager Mr Bosco who arranged a candel light Table (on a very very short notice) for us to celebrate my wife's birthday! Thank you Mr Bosco. Would love to stay again because of the hospitality of each and every hotel staff member!! Pls keep up the good work.

DO NOT book from Booking.com. This app shows much more higher price and that doesn't include Taxes which is no where mentioned. When I tried to reach there was no one to help from booking.com. Thanks to hotel staff they accomodate my request of early check in.
