It was a very relaxing place to be, staff was nice and attentive. Beautiful scene. Good food.

The staff was really helpful, The facilities were comfortable, but a little loud because of there were a lot of pets barking.

The breakfast was nothing special. The connection to wifi was really poor in the bedrooms

Beautiful hacienda in a quiet area between Sachica and Villa de Leyva. Loved the flowers everywhere. Very nice breakfast, friendly staff, and the wet areas (pool, sauna, and steam bath) were nicely coordinated due to the COVID restrictions. Great place to relax and get some rest from the city. Highly recommended, I would go back again.

We recommended some improvements in small amenities such as a hairdryer in the room, more outlets, better food options for special diets, and probably having a little more offer during the night (the hotel is about 10 mins by car from the Plaza Mayor, so not much to do in the hotel if you don't want to do late driving.) The staff was receptive to our feedback, and committed to delivering the best service they can provide :)

It is an amazing place to go, staff was nice and breakfast was good! the beds were nice and they are always checking the wood is in place to light the fireplace inhe room. The place has a green area were my dog was free to run and play! Highly recommended!

Too strict covid protocol

The hotel, rooms, and environment was perfect to celebrate our 15th anniversary, they provide a romantic room with wine and roses for free. So cool to us

There wasn´t bathrobe available for guests, They are needed to move from room to spa, or Sauna , Turco or pool. I strongly advice the hotel to provide those bathrobes

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. First thing when we arrived, we were told that we our room had been upgraded to a bigger one with no extra charge. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and the location is beautiful and very quiet. The kind and friendly staff offered us hot beverages for free any time we asked for one and all services were brought to our door. The hotel offers a massage option for an extra fee which we took and it completed perfectly our relaxing evening in the swimming pool and sauna. Facilities, service and value for money were some of the best I've found. I will definitely plan to visit the hotel again.
