- The room felt a bit dated, so if you're looking a more modern style, this might not be the best fit. - There was a slight strange smell in the bathroom that could be improved. - There was no iron provided in the room, which could be inconvenient - The bed was a bit uncomfortable

I have stayed at this place twice now and i love it. It is very conveniently located, it is comfortable but most of all, the staff are ever so friendly and supportive. They feel like family. I was also happy to see that it was mostly the same staff as rthere was in 2023 Feb when i visited before.

Because the shower doors were missing, water splashes all over the shower room, wetting the whole bathroom area. Would be good to get even shower curtains. Also, they should provide complementary slippers for customers to use, especially when walking outside and around the pool. These are little conveniences that make a huge diference.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpfully

The swimming pool was not in a good place especially if you have children

Excellent customer service, location and good ambience. Only the television need to be upgraded to smart television. Otherwise I recommend the place for quite and relaxing

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near two major malls and I could access anything I needed.

The facility was renovated from my last visit a few yrs ago hence what you see in the profile pics is exactly the true pic . The staff were very friendly and accommodative.For short stays it is very ideal and located a walking distance near malls and eateries.Access is also very convenient. If you are looking for a beach front property or a walking distance to the beach then this is not ideal for you. Otherwise, it is excellent for the impromptu stop over en route, short stay, business short travel etc. For family vacay, they have another branch that next to the beach
