The View was exceptional

Only one security key. Linen only changed once after requesting. Poor maintenance.

Good location, very nice view from big balcony ( high floor 18). It is quiet residence, not many people live there, good for families.. Apartment is spaceous, not small.

Furniture have some marks of worn out. Maybe also air conditioner in bedroom is not so effective/old need maintance..

The apartment had beautiful view But everything was a nightmare TV remote control no work switch off /on Cooker in corto and Power safe automatically turn of all the power all my food inside the fridge and freezer wastage Water 💦 everywhere because no power and freezer automatically defrozen AC no charge of gas VERY HOT 🔥 IN THE BEDROOM First day in the apartment was very dirty and chairs broken No garbage 🗑️ can No clean service No wash machine No Service Total for 25 Days rental 23,000 Bath + 500 Taxex cash ask me from the agent Plus 5,000 Bath Deposit ( gave back just 1.500bath because of the power expensive 🤣🤣🤣 Total bath 27.000 to make my Holiday Special . Never again Bye

The tv in the bedroom only had Thai channels to watch, which was especially frustrated as I cannot understand the language. In the gym there were no treadmills as seen on the booking.com photos. And the cycling machines were not working. The pool was very nice but 90% of it was covered by shade. All in all, the condo was good but could be better.

Paying for electric and gym needs more equipment very basic to say the least
