A very pleasant stay. Good location, great contact with the service. Little problems with air conditioning but solved by the staff.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING! Hosts are some of the best people I have ever seen, they were always easy to reach and went a great deal to ensure our perfect holiday. They even got us a beach umbrella and chairs to chill on the beach whole day (we went by plane so we could not bring that). Breakfast was also very tasty, you could chose from sweet and salty versions as you wished. Hosts also gave us a lot of recommendations about activities and restaurants and places to visit and were very responsive in case we had further questions. Location of the hotel is also amazing, it is a 2 minute walk from the beach. Beach itself is one of the cleanest I have ever seen, water is not very deep by the shore so you can play games there and it is safe for kids. But there is still plenty of room for swimming in deeper water (and there were no large waves which was nice). There is a large promenade along the beach which is very nice to walk by in the evening. Hotel is also very close to grocery store and bus stop, where you can take a bus to Cagliari and chill there. I would definitely recommend for a nice holidays.

We were there at the beginning and the end of a bicycle tour. Chentu Lunas management found room to store our bicycle boxes (for the flight) and other stuff that we did not want to bring with. They were very helpful. Cappucino was great. WiFi was great.

My 20 yo daughter and her friend (studying abroad) arrived in Cagliari and found that their original reservation (at another place) was not in a safe area. I made them a reservation at Chentu Lunas and they were given a gracious welcome after their harrowing evening. Hotel Chentu Lunas was a key part of their wonderful experience in Cagliari. The staff was personable and helpful, the room was beautiful and on the beach, and they had a room with a veranda at a very reasonable price.

Everythink was great

The hotel is small but has everything you need, and the room is very comfortable with good AC. The landlady is really great, she let us check out late on our last day at no extra cost, and was very helpful the whole stay, except...

... somehow it was a big deal to give us an extra roll of toilet paper even though the roll already in the bathroom was half empty. That and the fact it was hard to take a shower without flooding the bathroom were the only issues we had so overall very little to complain about

Excellent beach front restaurant

Perfect holiday destination with the most welcoming and supporting host, thank you Graziella! The location is perfect, right on the Poetto beach and the nearby bar with a small Italian breakfast for the hotel guests. The rooms are very clean and have all one needs. Opt for a room with a balcony or terrace to have the view and more space to relax and enjoy your holiday :)

Everything was great, maybe replace the beach chairs and umbrellas for the guests with the new ones, but it's a detail.
