Si potrebbe avere qualche servizio in più, aria condizionata , il forno a microonde non funzionava benissimo .

I love the fact that it’s relatively small, The pool is great, but never crowded. A very relaxing place. Supermarket and a pharmacy are next door, in the area there are many restaurants.

Great facility, clean and well renovated. Big room. Nicely equipped bathroom. The AC is quiet and quick. The pool is small but works well for a quick swim. I liked the seating outside and having our lunches and dinners in public areas. It's also green in the territory. Bus stop, post, 2 supermarkets and plenty of cafes are around.

WiFi was broken, it didn't matter much to me but definitely a drawback. Reception hours might be cumbersome, especially with late arrival or early checkout. Checkout time is really early. I'd say you'd better negotiate it if they are not too busy. It's further from the sea which is Ok fine with me.

The rooms were spacious and clean and there was a supermarket nearby. The location to reach the beaches was also good

- they initially gave us a VERY different room than the one we thought we booked. We expected an upper floor room with a balcony overlooking greenery, instead they prepared for us a room in the basement with only one window overlooking a back entrance with a ping-pong table at the window’s level. After complaining, they gave us a ground floor room that at least had a balcony, even though it was at the pool level and had no privacy either. They justified themselves by saying “we cannot take pictures of all the rooms”. Well first of all yes you can, it’s your job, and secondly you definitely should if the rooms are so different. - they ask for a 100 euros deposit, which I found very weird at a resort/residence. Never happened to me before. - you pay upon check in without even seeing the room first, and they don’t even show you the room, they drop you off in front of it so you have no chance to complain immediately should something be wrong. - they have a ridiculous list of all the items in the rooms with their prices next to them. A 20 year old TV was estimated at 400 euros. An equally old microwave was estimated at 300 euros. - the reception’s opening times are ridiculous. They are open for a grand total of about 5 hours per day, non consecutive. - there isn’t really a parking. You have to use the parking of the supermarket. So if you come back at the supermarket’s peak hour you can forget about finding a spot. There is also no possibility of having the car close to the room for loading and unloading. - they don’t provide absolutely anything other than one set of bed sheets and towels (also not soap of any kind, you have to buy everything also for a short stay). - personally, we didn’t like the style of the residence overall. It looked old and in dire need of a renovation.

Nice swimming pool, the whole complex was nice, eventhought not new...

The residence had everything that we needed. A nice swimming pool, a bath, airco, kitchen with furniture. The staff was also very friendly. Most of them speak okay English. Enough to understand and communicate.

The shower head was a little bit small. Also some soap would be nice. In the kitchen maybe a small baking pan for eggs in the morning. The location was not perfect. It was okay but public transport was a disaster and everything was just out of walking range. So I wouldn’t recommend it without a car. It is double but tricky.
