Nos cambiaron del hotel a uno de la misma cadena, o fue placentero no tuvimos tiempo de cambiar el costo elevadisimo para el sitio olía feo limpieza no cambiaron las toallas estaban desgastadas rotas
El sitio del hospedaje no acorde con el precio, la limpieza no cambiaron las toallas, las empleadas de limpieza parlanchinas y no saludaban ni respondían el saludo mucha bulla, no daban ni vendían agua hasta el último día nos vendieron ya porque les insistimos

Sehr schmutzig, Bettwäsche mit Flecken, Tisch klebrig, usw. Ausstattung alt und kaputt. Kein Aufzug, kleine Aussenterrasse mit 3 Tischen als Essensaufenthaltsraum, Eingang durch die Garage.

The staff was very helpful, and having breakfast delivered to the room was very nice (I was glad I had read the review that said to order early for preparation time). The room was spacious, and the kitchen area was much appreciated. A note: If you are ordering an Uber, it is better to have them meet you a bit in front of the hotel, otherwise the GPS can send them to the building behind you (on the other side of a wall).
The internal walls are thin - I could clearly hear the people speaking in the rooms next to me and above me.

Really lovely little hotel great amenities in the room staff very very friendly and helpful, the area around it seem very nice although I didn’t explore to much as I used it more of a base to get over the jet lag and move to el Chapinero area of the city

didn’t have elevator, the breakfast was not good and the facilities need some maintenance, some walls were crackling, one of the windows on my room didn’t close completely and the cold went inside all night long…

Awesome location to stay in Bogota and great value for money! We had a split level spacious room with little patio overlooking the city, it nicely split the bedroom and living space. The room was very clean and concierge was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice and delivered to our room. Loved the photos from different female photographers on each level and in the rooms, that added a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms at The Grace are always clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent water pressure in the showers and comfortable beds/pillows make for a restful stay. A variety of options are offered for breakfast each day and made to order, delivered to your room or enjoyed on the garden terraza. Reception and housekeeping go above and beyond to make sure your stay is optimal. Staff members Ricardo and Clemencia have treated me as family during my visits these past two years and really make The Grace home away from home.

The staff was incredible. They were kind and extremely helpful. The location was great. surrounded by delicious restaurants and lots of variety. You have a small kitchenette in your room if you don’t want to go out. Carulla is a short 5-minute walk. The breakfasts were delicious and are served either in your room or the terrace. It was clean and quiet!
Nothing really. The only annoying thing which they can’t do anything about is there is no direct access to the Septima (main road). You have to walk up and around the block to get to the main road.
