It was very spacious. The bidet was great. There were many towels, The owner has left us many blankets and some food.

the listing offers a 5 bedroom house which was what we needed for 7 travelers. when we got there 2 of the rooms were locked and he said we would have to pay for 10 people to get all 5 rooms! I have never heard of a property claiming to have something and then locking it up! Bait and switch at its finest! unbelievable. Also the is a shower with no curtain so it just makes a mess in the bathroom

Collecting the keys was very simple. The information on how to do this from Booking.com was worse than useless. Setenil is full of narrow, steep, one way streets that are very difficult to navigate and vehicular access to the property is extremely difficult and stressful. My advice would be to arrange to meet guests at a location that is easy to find and accessible; such as the big covered car park below the property and take it from there. Our visit to Setenil is scarred by trying to find property.

everything was just great. Sebastian was so helpful. I definitely will be back with friends when they come to visit. it’s an amazing place. everything that we needed was there. Sebastian put eggs in the fridge. there was bread, butter and jam, coffee and tea was at our disposal. thank you

View from the balcony is amazing. Location was perfect. The host was really nice and always reachable and made sure I was comfortable.

The location is great, with easy parking on street pretty much in front, and the kitchen was equipped for all our breakfast needs, including bread (and fresh bread at beginning of our stay), coffee, juices. The house was spacious, extremely clean, with great views of the countryside and part of Setenil with the cave houses. Plenty of light, though not direct sun during our stay. Great to have washer, big kitchen, spacious living room. We also had liberal, and necessary, use of the fireplace with a full bag of wood just outside on the balcony. The host answered all our questions and made himself available if needed, as he lives just next door. Thank you!

Keeping in mind we stayed in late Nov. and average night temperatures were less than 50F, the apartment is very large and the staircase opens up to the upper level, so a lot of room heat goes right up and leaves the lower level quite cold. Since we were just two persons, we didn't access the upper level. We had to buy slippers to avoid walking on the very cold floors, carried the small electric heater with us to bathroom, but we had multiple heating options, including the wall mounted inverter, multiple electric wall heaters, and the fireplace. It's just the nature of the architecture in cold weather and up in the mountains, so you'll need to prepare a little.

A beautifully renovated, clean home with a fantastic view and accommodative host. We were able to park our car on the same street as the property. We walked everywhere in town from the location. It was nice to have molletes provided for breakfast. The bedding was very warm for a March overnight stay, and the heater under the table in the living room was great as well to get cozy. Our host provided additional information about the town via text message, and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in, as well as was very responsive to texts.

Only 2 bedrooms out of the 5 advertised were open to us. After looking at the photos again, we would have preferred the choice of rooms, because the bed in the double room we were given was short for a tall guest, especially with a footboard. Maybe it was due to COVID restrictions and curfew, but it was difficult to find anywhere in the town that was open for dinner. Thankfully, our host did help us find somewhere to eat.

The owner opened a room for my mother so she didn't have to climb stairs, very helpful. Plenty of breakfast food supplied. All very nice. Close to a bakery and a few restaurants.
