We had a great time in Lanzarote, may well be our new favourite holiday destination. Villa Linda was ideal, with everything you could need in a home away from home. We didn't actually do any cooking, but the kitchen was fully equipped if we had wanted to. We made much use of the patio and the pool, which are both private. Linda herself was quick to answer and very helpful, the couple of times I had questions. The villa is about a 10-15 minute walk from the seafront - once there, you can turn left or right and walk another 15-20 minutes in either direction, with bars and restaurants pretty much every step of the way. This amount of walking suited us perfectly, and though we did hire a car, I don't think I would do so again because we hardly used it (and even when we did, like to go to the Rancho Texas theme park, there was a free public transport alternative that we could have used instead). A great holiday in a lovely villa in a resort that really suited us - couldn't ask for more!

We loved Villa Linda, it was perfect for us and exactly as described. The villa is clean, spacious and has an excellent pool area. The outside area is great because whilst it gets the sun all day, there is also ample shade. We loved the peace of the villa and access to Playa Blanca town is only a 15 minute walk. The hired bikes and enjoyed exploring the wider area. Linda is very helpful and responds immediately to any queries. We had made previous bookings at this villa which unfortunately we had to cancel for personal reasons, Linda showed patience and understanding towards us. We loved our holiday so much at Villa Linda we have booked to return later this year. Many thanks, David and Alison

The villa was as described and the pool was great , the location was pretty good too with only a 10 minute walk to the super dino and town. Linda the owner any questions we had in minutes. We definitely would not hesitate to stop here again.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Linda, it was perfect! Our girls aged 5 and 7 absolutely loved the pool. There was so much space and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

When we arrived at the villa we thought it was lovely, till we saw all the cobwebs.The kitchen lighting was very poor, Luckily I didn’t do any cooking but so glad i didn’t because of the darkness couldn’t see all the ants on the work tops. But the worst part was the pool it is advertised as heated but it isn’t the pump is broken,we arrived on Saturday and no one came till Tuesday and said they needed permission from the owner to replace it, told us they would be back later. They obviously didn’t get permission and we didn’t here another word from the owners.we noticed it is booked up would be interesting to know if they have fixed it. The reason we chose this villa is because it advertises a heated pool. The men didn’t carry out any diagnostic checks they just seemed to already know it wasn’t working.

A lovely villa close to town. Any issues or queries were dealt with promptly. Would definitely recommend this villa as it has everything you need and is very walkable to town.

Communication with the Villa owner throughout the pandemic was excellent as there were a number of changes. Nothing was too much trouble. Good location no more than a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca with beautiful walks in either direction. Good sized pool and outside space with lovely mountain views. All the family enjoyed the property and would happily recommend/ stay again

This is a very spacious property; great outside space and the rooms are all a really good size. It is well managed and maintained and all those involved are very helpful. It’s 15/20 minute walk from the sea front which was just manageable with a 5 and 2 year old. Loads of supermarkets within easy access and the taxis are easy to use. Only point would be for more comfortable seating inside; and more kids toys would be handy too.

Villa Linda was a excellent property to stay at. Everything you need and sky tv was a bonus. The only downside was the the walk to the town it was ok on the way but a steep hill on the way back. About a 20/25 minute walk. All in all a great holiday.

this villa was amazing having the pool was amazing to you have everything you need in there it was like home from home just a short stroll away there are plenty of bars and and places to eat and the beach I would recommend this villa 10 out of 10

My children and I had a fantastic week in Villa Linda. It was comfortable and clean and had everything and more that we needed. The location was quiet and a good walking distance from shops, restaurants and the water park!

We enjoyed our time at this villa and it felt both safe and secure for our young family. The walk into town took about 15 minutes, although it's worth taking a torch for the walk back in the dark. Although it was a bit chilly on some of the days we were there, the pool was still warm enough to swim in. A spacious and safe villa in a great location.

Loved it as been here before though due to being hospitalised it affected our holiday. Would not hesitate in using this villa again.

All together we had 3 adults, a 3 year old and 7 month year old and we had a great week in Lanzarote and this villa certainly played a part in that. It was very spacious and the outdoor area is very private, clean and has everything you need for a lazy day around and in the pool. The Pool itself was so clean and the water was so clear. We had to contact the property managers as it was very cold but after a visit it warmed up throughout the week. Having all the english TV channels was a massive plus, including all sport channel. Perfect to watch the Ryder Cup that weekend. Though as the box is a IPTV box it was a bit temperamental.The WiFi was very good. Though the villa provided most things we needed for the week I did feel more effort should be made to provide those hard to travel items (or items which it would be a waste to buy over there) such as Salt/Pepper, toilet rolls, dish cloths etc plus more children's toys which are very bulky to put in a suitcase. The Villa lacks aircon so can get extremely warm! (and we went end of Sept). There are fans but still had to keep the doors open. Location wise it isn't far from the coastal areas (bars and restaurants) Just a bit tricky with prams on the wasteland. We also had a little trouble explaining to our transfer coach driver where it was and to a couple of taxis too so maybe this could be advised before hand. Overall we were very pleased and had a really good week here! Thanks!

Stayed at sister Villa a couple of times and always been highly delighted but it was booked up so stayed at Villa Linda. A bright and airy property with everything you need for your Villa holiday and more. Location is excellent for easy access to all local amenities the town centre and beaches being only a 15 minute walk away. The villa itself was well equipped above and beyond what you would expect and the outside space was amazing. Beautiful pool and garden area. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Booking process was easy. Linda the owner being really helpful and on hand when we had a couple of minor hiccups on arrival . I would definitely recommend these properties. They are very reasonably priced compared to other properties, and provide everything you need for a wonderful relaxing break. Only downside and probably beyond Linda's control, the lighting on the complex is minimal so on a night time can be quite dark when going back to the property. Advice is take a torch

Where do i start, what a beautiful villa in a beautiful place. From the time we booked it has bn a total pleasure dealing with linda. The villa its self is stunning the photos really dont do it justice, there is absolutely everything you could possibly need from the kitchen utensils to the wardrobes, there are endless books for all tastes, takeaway menus, games and lots more. The whole villa is so spacious and comfortable. The outside space is huge the pool is amazing and quite big. The location is perfect very quiet but close enough to the beach and town, we didn't hire a car just walked, taxi a d the local bus service which both were very cheap. The town itself is split into two parts both offering different scenery, bars and restaurants aswel as beaches, if u get on the sea front and just walk you will do both the port and the marine. The best chinese buffet is situated on the main road towards the marina, opposite the square where the stage is. Best buffet ive ever tasted and im not a big fan. Playa blanca its self is a beautiful place and villa linda was the jewl in the crown. Thank you so much to linda and Robert for letting us stay.

This is the third time I've stayed at Villa Linda and once again I cannot fault it. Can't wait to book again for next year.

We had a lovely 2 week stay in September 2017. The villa was very homely, spacious and well equipped. The pool and outside area was fantastic. Linda was very helpful and dealt with any of our enquiries with great efficiency. We would definitely recommend a stay at this villa. Thank you Linda

The communication from Linda throughout the booking process was excellent and when the TV box wasn't working she arranged for this to be taken away and fixed in less than 24 hrs. The villa had everything we wanted and the location was good in a quiet location and a nice 15 min walk from town which was a welcome stroll after eating too much. Outside area was fantastic with plenty of space to just chill. Much prefer this location than nearer the more densely populated parts nearer town. And much prefer Playa Blanca than the nearby Puerto Del Carmen. We hired a car for the whole 9 days and took the opportunity to explore the island from North to South. The only downside was it left us not enough time to use the pool area more. Oh well...just have to come back next time. Great villa suitable for all....you won't be disappointed.

Villa Linda has everything you could possibly need/want. We would walk into town (there are various shortcuts which are easy to come across) and get taxi back which was very easy as taxi rank right at roundabout. We ordered take away on a couple of nights which, again, was very simple online and delivered straight to villa via Lanzarote take away. The pool was a delight as it was extremely hot the week we were there and I spent most of my time between lounger reading and in pool. Hubby can't take too much sun so he was delighted with the TV set up which we also have at home. We used the services of Tim for transfer to and from villa and he is a thoroughly nice man with lots of info on playa Blanca. I have read lots of reviews on villas where there is the minimum of dishes, cutlery etc. That is certainly not the case at Villa Linda, there is more than you could possibly need but we mainly used the plastic cups as we spent most of our time outside. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Playa Blanca or Villa Linda 👍�

Fabulous villa....everything you need to make it your home in the sun...large, roomy and ideal for family..large garden area with plenty seating and great pool...20 mins into town centre. Definitely worth a visit.

Stayed for 10 nights beginning of June 2017 , with my wife and two young children. The villa is an excellent size for a family with a large lounge/dining area . Bedrooms are also a good size ,1 room with bunk beds and shower room. The kitchen is adequate for preparing meals , plastic cutlery and bowls ,cups etc for children.The English Tv channels and sky movies etc were useful for entertaining the children in the evening. The pool , outdoor lounge area is a good size and the pool is lovely on a warm day . Our children spent most of the day in the pool. The location is good but with young children who insisted on walking everywhere it took us a while longer to get into the centre than anticipated. That said it is a 15 minute walk at a brisk pace over the scrubland surrounding the villa.Taxis from the centre are only 4 euros. The only slight negative would be the lack of lighting outside the villa as the streetlights are not all working , it is very dark at night. Overall we had a lovely stay in Playa Blanca and the weather as usual was excellent.

Had a very pleasant stay 19th to 26th March the Villa is in a very nice and well maintained condition and all local amenities within a 15 minute walk . Can be very dark if returning in evening if walking so advise you take a torch . Hired a car from Airport and found the villa very easily and would recommend this as there are lots of lovely areas to visit .
