HARLEQUIN COTTAGE è il tuo rifugio di lusso ed è situato tra acri di tranquilli prati di fiori selvatici con accesso privato alla splendida spiaggia di sabbia. Le strutture del resort sono infinite e offrono piscine coperte, palestra completamente attrezzata, spa, campi da tennis, tiro con l'arco, pesca, calcetto, sport acquatici ecc. C'è anche un campo da golf a soli 5 minuti di auto.
Il villaggio vacanze dispone di un accogliente pub per famiglie che serve deliziosi pasti. Ha un tavolo da biliardo, Sky TV, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e accoglie i cani. Lorenzo offre una scelta eccellente di spuntini e pasti serali fatti in casa, e c'è una farmacia che funge da piccolo negozio d'angolo.
Arredato e decorato secondo uno standard elevato, l'Arlecchino offre sistemazioni confortevoli con un ampio salone / cucina / sala da pranzo a pianta aperta con Smart TV / DVD / Netflix, guardaroba al piano inferiore e armadio al piano inferiore. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio e 1 camera doppia - entrambe con TV. C'è una banda larga superveloce illimitata gratuita nel cottage.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario tra cui lavatrice / asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde.
Le porte-finestre si aprono sul patio privato che è dotato di un barbecue in mattoni, dove è possibile rilassarsi su comode poltrone in teak mentre i bambini giocano in sicurezza.

We've just returned from a short break over New Year at Harlequin. The owner has really thought of everything and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely home.
It's in a perfect location on The Bay and ideal for exploring further afield too.
Sharon, the owner, was incredibly responsive from our initial enquiry and was both very friendly and professional. A great Host and Home and we can't wait to revisit! Thank you.

We had a lovely midweek break in this very well equipped holiday home which although we thought it might be quite small but was perfect for myself, two teenagers and our dog. Really nicely furnished and lots of thoughtful touches to enhance our stay. Would recommend and we will very likely visit again.

Beautiful cottage
This is a beautiful cottage set in the bay in Filey. The cottage is clean . The people that own it are nice. I had a problem that was sorted quickly . I had a great time and would stay there again.

I took my mother who is 83 , my daughter who is 24 and my 2 cocker spaniels
It’s was so amazing, easy access to property on arrival , a beautiful clean and fresh home full of little surprises especially for the dogs!
Easy access to the beach and great to be able to park near the house with outdoor space .. table and chairs with bbq .. shame the weather kept us inside 😞
I highly recommend this lovely cottage and will hopefully return .

Fabulous
We had a lovely time at the bay. The cottage was lovely everything we needed was there. We felt safe the children could play just outside the door. It was really a home from home. We will definitely be returning.

Harlequin Cottage
An ideal cottage for 2adults and 2 children situated within a few minutes walk to a beautiful sandy bay.The accommodation wanted for nothing with lots of quality games for the children.We had amazing weather whist we were there and the outside space was ideal for boules and cricket in the evening.The towels and bed linen were lovely quality and beds very comfortable.Sharon has thought of everything and even left a lovely gift of wine and cookies for our arrival.Would certainly recommend.

Great place to stay
We visited week commencing 13 May 2019. The accommodation was fantastic even more surprised at the high standard as it is dog friendly. We normally have to settle for sub standard accommodation because we have a dog. Everything was there that you needed to make your stay enjoyable. The Bay was a great central location to visit, Whitby, Scarborough and Bridlington. I can't comment on the facilities as we didn't use them. The grounds were immaculate. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic cottage
We went to The Bay for my husbands 40th birthday. Harlequin cottage was fantastic. We have stayed at The Bay many times and this was definitely one of our favourite cottages. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sharon

Excellent place to make your home for the filey area .
We stayed three nights and enjoyed everything about it.All the basic provisions are there for you i.e tea bags coffee etc.
Sharon even provides things for the dogs if you require them.
We will be going in February next year.
The short walk to the beach is well worth it as the bay is beautiful.

Lovely cottage, clean and nicely furnished and almost everything you need is provided by the owners.
I had a lovely stay in Harlequin Cottage, in fact I wish I'd booked for longer! It's a 10 minute walk through the resort to the beautiful beach and the pub, bistro and pharmacy are all close by. The cottage is clean and beautifully furnished in a beachy style and is light and bright by day and cosy by night. The owner, Sharon, was lovely to deal with and provided almost everything I could need. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, utensils and crockery etc. and there were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets etc. Parking is no problem and the streets are well lit at night. I definitely plan to return and highly recommend.

Wonderful long weekend break
We were so impressed by the cottage and The Bay. It was absolutely perfect for a get away to celebrate a birthday. The house had everything that we needed to ensure we made the most out of our stay and we loved the personal touches such as the bottle of milk and biscuits which was perfect after a long drive. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. It was excellent having Netflix so we didn’t run out of entertainment and had plenty to watch. We used the onsite leisure centre and walked to the beach. The pub was great too. Real home away from home and we would love to return
