The location is good for our necessities. There are supermarkets and minimarket close by, and olinek is only 400m away

The apartment is dirty, the sheets and towels outworn and of poor material and dark colors. They had a strange smell that was really disturbing. The way the owner keeps the spare towels and sheets says more than a 1000 words and there is no wonder on the smell. The kitchen furniture is full of oily finger prints and not clean maybe for years. During our stay the washing machine broke and it took 1 week to fix it. And last but not least the door lock was blocked for 2 days in a row, left outside till the owner came and somehow fixed it. Need to be mentioned that there is no cleaning stuff and detergents, crucial, for a 3 weeks stay like ours and having kids that touch everything and crawl.

Cleanness at general (it was OK in bedroom).

Comfortable apartments. Clean and cozy.

We've booked this apartments for two adults and two children and have paid for it. But there were only three bed-sheets (places for sleeping were for four persons). When I've phoned the host he told me that this place is only for three and refused to give me any help. So one of us has slept dressed without any bed linen.

Old furniture, l preferred to avoid sitting on the sofa, dark towels (hard to understand how clean towels are)

I needed to visit the conference center close to this property so the location was great (5 minutes on foot). There is coffee machines with enough coffee capsules, which is really good. The key collection is also very convenient. The room also clean and nice. The property is located in the residential building. The people living in this building are quite nice.

I stayed the room at the end of September so the room was cold even though the heater close to window was working. If there is small electric heater in the room, it helps me keep warm inside the room. Bed matless was worn out and bend down, which makes me difficult to sleep due to my backache. Other than these, I really like this property. ;)

We had fun to collect the keys, it was like in escape room games, we had to follow the clues. We entered the room and we managed to park the car in about 30 min :). All is hyper secure. The apartment is set in an a new residential area; it is big, clean and very well equipped, and the terrace is priceless. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but the atmosphere is very pleasant and comforting. Be warned that the parking lot in the basement has 2 levels, do not confuse them, as we did:))

I did not like the imperative tone of the messages from the owner. It's absolutely normal to respect the quiet hours and not to organise parties, but to repeat this in all the messages it's annoying. And anyone can see that the flowers are made of plastic, so it is useless to ask not to be watered.

My children said: „mom the apartment is so cosy, it’s lovely” . Quiet neighbourhood, easy access car park/lift/apartment. The rooms are spacious. we really enjoyed our short stay.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.
