Room was grubby. Bed was uncomfortable

Staff were nice on check in & accomodating on departure.

Rooms was in very poor condition, stained & broken lounge. Stained sheets. Broken dryer. No racks in the oven. Toilet brush cleaner was disgusting. We ended up leaving this accommodation once seeing the condition of the room. Staff were thankfully understanding about this & gave me a full refund.

Common areas were filthy bed linen was dirty

Very handy location for the Tour de Brissy, staff were very helpful on a very busy weekend

The TV’s never work with Netflix or Any of those not sure what the go is with the internet on the smart tvs

Location was close to everything and the staff were fantastic

There was one fork in the room and one of the prongs was bent, there was no drying rack for the utensils, the shower flooded the bathroom, the toilets flush was weak and so was the bathroom fan. Asked for more towels and they weren't brought up, as well as more cutlery. The sofa was extremely worn in, in a bad way. The TV remote barely worked, and the clothes drying rack was missing bits and was bent almost entirely.
