Everything. Staff were the best staff at a 5 star I've ever encountered. It's a real 5 star hotel. The view. Incredible. The rooms were beautiful. The food was also so so good. I'll be back next year.

The breakfast and the fruit flies. Something needs to change maybe get people to request fruit or keep the fruit in a fridge?

Breakfast was incredible, really! Views were astounding! Staff—especially Donatello and Antonio went above and beyond to insure our successful transfers to and from. Pool attendant, room attendants and all waiters insured our supreme comfort! Bravissimo SIRENUSE!!

This is being fussy but we weren’t allowed up on the terrace above the pool after 6pm which is such a shame because of the photo opportunity.

The price is frankly excessive compared to anything else (5,000Euro night) and it makes you consider the entire holiday all over. BUT the place is so amazing that you kinda forgive or look over that fact... They are masters at service and attention to detail. If your users book this hotel then you must persuade them to book somewhere in CAPRI also because that is the only other location in the region that can level up the service of Sirenuse. All other hotels and experiences in the regio (Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento) are light years away from the class and level that Sirenuse and CAPRI as a whole offer.

We loved everything about Le Sirenuse - the design, the decor, the staff and service, the incredible view and delicious food, Le Sirenuse is now our favourite ever hotel and we can’t wait to return.

Grounds - stunning, I would describe it as art

Staff - it’s difficult writing this as the majority of the staff were amazing. However, you never actually feel like a guest, this could be because it’s in a central hotspot and a lot of non guests come and go but you’re constantly questioned whether you’re a guest. I even took a photo of something and was asked if I was a guest, I don’t want to pay £750+ a night a keep reminding/proving I’m a guest. This is ridiculous that I’m even writing this and feel silly, but you have to hold hotels like this to high standard - on numerous occasions I had to pour my own glass of wine, my glass was left empty and no one noticed, service is all in the details. The best hotels in the world make you feel like you’re the only guest - I don’t like to moan or leave negative reviews but here I felt like an outsider on some occasions. Other little things that bothered me: no complimentary water in the rooms, no coffee machine, gave me a broken iron and a really dirty ironing board with burns on it. Generally speaking the hotel is great and it’s difficult not to love it.
