La ubicación del hotel es excelente, especialmente considerando la cercanía a donde tenía mis actividades programadas. Además, el servicio de desayuno es muy satisfactorio, cumpliendo con las expectativas en cuanto a variedad y calidad.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con la recepción de este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Al intentar solicitar una habitación, el personal de recepción argumentó que no había disponibilidad. Sin embargo, al revisar la red de Brookings, descubrí que sí había habitaciones disponibles y procedí a realizar el registro sin problemas. Tengo la impresión de que nuestra apariencia molestaba al señor de la recepción, como si no quisiera que nos hospedáramos en el hotel. Esta actitud fue completamente inaceptable y poco profesional. Espero que se tomen medidas para mejorar el trato hacia los clientes en el futuro.

No tienen agua para vender ni ningúna. bebida solo cerveza. Tampoco medicamentos básicos como por ejemplo un acetaminofen algo básico.

La alimentación sana

La atención de la recepcionista, pésima no conocía absolutamente nada y muy poco amable en sus expresiones y recibimiento.

Staff in reception. Giovanni was kind and helpful every time we needed. The bed... Oh, my God!!! great! big! comfortable, clean! The shower. The water pressure was great to massage my shoulders.

Breakfast should have more options, there should be 24 hours coffee station.

I liked the location and the staff, they're very good employees. Nice place to stay you have an event at Movistar Arena.

The hotel is not 4 stars just like the previous reviews suggested. To me it's 3 stars. The restaurant does not offer attractive meals, and the room service is limited, I couldn't get a bottle of water at midnight because they didn't have one. They must work on that side as well, having the basic products the the visitors would ask for.

Breakfast was great, close to the park, best shower ever! We ordered room service which was also good and prompt. Comfortable beds and window shades.

Wifi was a little iffy at times.

This hotel is biggest garbage place I have ever been,Booking you should check properly the hotels you advertise because this hotel has nothing to fit with 4 stars, I am very unhappy I must say!stuff was unhappy to do his job, breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9 am, they don’t even have a coffemachine,rooms discussing, they stop hot water at night, locking front door at night, the noise from street was horrible 24 hours because they don’t have proper windows…to all who read this ….don’t go to this hotel!!!
