Clean room with beautiful view of the mountains. Close to ski lifts. Friendly staff, but a soulless hotel.

If you want a peaceful stay in the mountains this hotel is a bad choice because there is a quite busy road below the hotel. The food was very classic (rind soupe, wiener schnitzel, grilled trout, pork steak, spaghetti bolognese etc), the chef has no imagination. No privacy in the bathroom and toilet.

room layout was wonderful. large space with perfect view of the mountains. we only used the private sauna and it was nice. i imagine the others are just as nice. not open due to low summer occupancy.

breakfast was really good, dinners were ok.

Only one word needed to describe this hotel: exceptional. Modern apartment style bedroom with a beautiful bathroom, wonderful views from the room and balcony, great food, friendly staff and highly professional service, very clean. Excellent location close to chairlifts and trails. Perfect for a romantic getaway; a trip with friends; for hiking or sightseeing or a family holiday and even for business. High standard service with a friendly and casual atmosphere.

The hotel staff were nice but don't understand English very well. Breakfast was small, breakfast cups were very small and it is not comfortable to refill all the time.

Location is amazing! Directly on the ski lift. View from the room is great, mountains covered with snow. Food was impeccable, and staff was very friendly.

Huge and very comfortable bed, beautiful panorama to the mountains, perfect water pressure, very well functioning hair dryer. Staff is extraordinarily nice, food is next level. 10/10

- cosy and quiet place - the view from our room was amazing (that is the main reason why I booked there) - the sauna is perfect (all the sauna itself and the resting place with several "small things" like tea, snacks, warm blanket) - all the breakfast and the dinner is first class (especially the dinner) - the slopes were just in front of the hotel (after crossing the main road but is non important)

- the internet speed was awful - The price is rather high in the restaurant - there were staff members which did not speak English (Even a single word!) There was an incident regarding that (and the price). We got pro seco and I was confused about the amount of it. I was on to clear the situation but the waiter did not understand anything. I was upset. After that the main waiter (or I do not know who but behavior like he owned the hotel) came to me and siad that "we understand a human language". This incident was trully touching me. It was true that I was upset but an advice for the hotel. If a non german speaker which is your guest found a waiter who did not understand a single english word after and just after "to say very sorry" give any advice to a guest who spend lot of money to their hotel. (that waiter, Attakan is a very polite man but there were an attitude like the owned the hotel or something...) - The restaurant area is a little bit "old school"

The hotel had absolutely high level of food, I can even say degustation and slow food. Very clean rooms, Breathtaking view from window.

Quite expensive wines. Mistake in calculation in the moment of payment (reservation was by booking- and price was lower then we got at the reception desk). We had to show printed reservation and good that we had it with us. Then the price from booking was approved.

Constant back ground music, which we doubt anybody is listening to, upon asking, staff would not shut it off nor lower the loudness ....

There was a great choice at breakfast, they work with good ingredients and take care if you have diabetes. The staff were friendly and helpful, we could buy ski passes at the hotel and rent everything we needed at the hotel. All in all we had a good experience with the hotel, clean, tidy rooms were waiting for us as we saw in the pictures. There is room for improvement in the food area, but overall we had a good experience. We will definitely return here again.

Missing something for kids - a kind of a playroom

Perfect location for skiing with lifts and slopes right at the door. Very polite and helpful staff. We have been visiting this hotel for years and although the owners have changed the quality seems to be preserved.

Drink prices at the bar and restaurant over average.

Hotel Nassfeld, just like many other hotels in Austria, has a distinctive, mountain-like design and food. Very cosy, kids-friendly, tasty food, and polite stuff. The view from the room was fabulous. One of the best views in life. The slopes were right 1 minute away and the location is quiet and amazing. We like everything.

Would recommend more vegetable for breakfast.
