This place is good but its room cleaning boys doesn't no how behave and cleaning rooms when guest are in gournd floor rooms. It's mess like hell 1st day when we arrived to hotel. And some cashier lady was shouting like 👿 it's not nice. Restaurant and front 2 boys very good and service done well.

Just location is bit ok.

The photos that were published in not true at all. Staff were very delayed and they just forget requests. TV was not working and had to call several times. AC is broken. Not worth for the price. Not Recommended for foreigners.

Good breakfast, directly on the beach.

On weekends very loudly music from neighborhood. We visited Negombo in February 2022. Due to Covid there was small number of tourists. Many hotels closed. In majority of hotels we visited there was visible lack of income during previous 2 years.

Location accommodation was good for the price

Beware of scammers on the beach but please buy from vendors who are subsisting on the sale of locally made goods. DONT give any money before receiving goods

Our room door lock is not functioning properly. It was a prblem for us

Beachfront location was fantastic. A couple of lively bars were close by and plenty of restaurants. The hotel room facilities were good, tv, air con, ceiling fan, kettle with tea and coffee supplied. The front desk man Radita could not have been more helpful. He worked his socks off and helped us arrange our pre departure covid tests back to the UK. I saw Radita dealing with new arrivals, cleaning the pool and the surrounding floor area. He even set up the hotel christmas tree. He is a real asset to the hotel. The nightwatchman also was a lovely gentleman.

The hotel is a little dated but well maintained. It could do with a bit of a revamp in terms of the decoration and brightening up.

On the beach, nit expensive at all but good quality .. small staff would do anything at anytime for you. Worth it for a cheap but relaxing no stress getaway.

Just needed some tea /coffee in room - but staff made and brought whenever we asked.
