Lovely pool, staff so helpful and offered transport to airport nearby. Great value for money and the pool was gorgeous, loungers had cushions and they gave you pool towels too! Location was a short walk to a row of bars and shops, further away from Negombo city but not expensive in a Tuk Tuk. They also offered to cook us breakfast if we wanted it for a small charge but we always slept in after a month travelling around Sri Lanka it was perfect for our time to relax before heading to Thailand. Would definitely stay again!

This is pretty perfect. The rooms are clean, comfortable, good size and very modern. Shower was the best we have had in Sri Lanka. Excellent value for money especially as it had a lovely pool. The location is in a quiet street however its only 2 minute walk to the main beach road with lots of bars, restaurants and shops along that road. We stayed for 5 nights and have already booked to stay again for another 5 nights before we fly home.

Comfortable nights stay after landing at Colombo airport. Good location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Helpful at organising onward transport.

Was no actual private balcony, was just a walkway around the room flat screen TV didn't work and wasn't connected to anything, bathroom window was low and had no curtain so anyone could see through. My view was a construction site and there was an extractor fan pumping smoke up next to my balcony. I also saw someone pay a lot less for a room than I did while I was there. Was also old used bars of soap from previous customers in the bathroom. Pool was small and not many sunbeds so didn't use it

Unfortunately found quite a few ants getting in the room and into our stuff, and some weird centipede looking things but the hotel did provide some spray and it seemed to stop the problem. Aircon also smelt eggy which we read could be fatal so that kind of put us off using it.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, equipped with a kettle, table, fridge, hot water with good pressure. A comfortable bed even for big men :). The staff is exceptional, cares about your privacy, and at the same time is always there when you need it. They offer tea, towels by the pool. Delicious Srilanka breakfast. Pool area very clean. Highly Recommended. Close to restaurants and shops. We were 1.5 month in Sri Lanka and this was the best place.

Everything . I arrived a day late due to my booking wrong date but was told not to worry.. The rooms are of good size and very well furnished. Great location. Gardens very well maintained with a superb pool. Breakfast as good or better than any in my four week stay in Sri Lanka. This has to be the best value place I have stayed while in Sri Lanka and should be first on your list when staying in Negombo.

After thinking long and hard, the only improvement would be a soap dish in the very good shower. It really is that good.

Breakfast in the garden, plentiful and great service. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was open at all hours so we went for a swim in the dark on check in and again in the morning before breakfast. Helpful staff - helped us book a taxi for our onward journey (offered cheaper option of using Pick Me app) and have great advice as first timers to Sri Lanka.

I’ve asked for an early check in (10 am) and the management agreed it without any extra charge.

This place has very old and new suits. Unfortunately I was placed in the old suit which has got 2 rooms within it. The room is absolutely dated and the A/C makes massive noice but doesn’t cool the room. I only used this place for a day stay as I had a late night flight. Honestly I was fortunate NOT to spend the night as it would’ve been awful. Also I didn’t stay night but the look of it it has problems with mosquitoes.

The rooms are bright and airy, breakfast is good and the garden area is pleasant. It is very good value for money.
