Die Liste ist lang. 1) Die Lüftungsschlitze an den Türen muss man abdichten, sonst pfeift das extrem laut 2) Die Toilettenspülung plätschert 20min laut vor sich hin, bis man sie wieder benutzen kann 3) Die Betten sind extrem unbequem 4) Das Internet muss man teuer bezahlen und dann ist die Verbindung auch noch schlecht 5) Die Ausstattung ist schlecht, kaum Sachen da wenn mit mehreren Leuten da und damit nur am Spülen Die Spüle ist mega laut. Man hat das Gefühl nebenan wird gebohrt und dann merkt man es ist die Maschine 6) Die Putz-Ordnung zur Abgabe, eine Frechheit! Siehe Foto. Wenn man das so ausführt, sollte ich Geld von denen bekommen Fazit: einmal und nie wieder

The location was fantastic. Our apartment overlooked the river which was lovely and it was really clean and tidy. The swimming pools were a good addition, but we didn’t use the outdoor pool as there was no shade at all

Nothing, the apartment was basic but really good. the communication from the property before we arrived was not good but once we were there the staff behind the desk were very helpful and polite.

Overall everything was great! We enjoyed our stay, excellent swimming pools indoor and outdoor, clean apartments. All necessary kitchen stuff were available at the apartment.

There were construction works at the hotel and it was a bit noisy and dusty especially at the car park, our car were vert dirty after these works unfortunately. Hotel could informed us prior to purchase room. But anyway we had a great and pleasure stay!

The apartment and facilities were better then expected

There are more apartments being built and we were not advised about this when booking holiday. The builders started early and finished late some evenings which spoilt the holiday a little.

This hotel is only for dedicated dog lovers, we have a dog but our dog is not a "problem barker" Sunday afternoon a member of the public was playing with her 2 dogs directly in front of our window, she was not the problem, the small "jappy thing" that was with a resident just to the side of our room was. It barked constantly for 2 to 3 hours and continued to bark intermittently for the rest of our holiday. I commented forcefully to the owner but either she'd understand english, couldn't comprehend why I was shouting at her or she was just stupid. I raised the issue with the manager, she was more concerned with the fact that the owner of the "jappy thing" hadn't paid the excess for the dog. Needless to say nothing changed after my conversation with the manager, oh, maybe the owner paid the for the dog, perhaps? We checked out early (a day early) We encountered the manager at checkout, she immediately clamped a phone to her ear, shouted for a member of her staff to help and then disappeared into another room (how French). As I said above this place is only for people who really really like dogs and cowardly management.

Jappy dogs

The location is good, but that is about it.

You have to pay for everything, towels, sheets and TV. They have indoor pool and fitness but it closes at 19. We wanted to work out as it was raining, but they told us it was close. We left two days earlier then what we paid for. This was our first time in Mimizan, where we wanted to go surfing, but I would rather recommend Hossegor as city has much more to offer if surfing conditions are not good.
