It's a nice location Mimizan for an adventurous and nature vacation to enjoy. Residence is so close to the nice beach. Residence is big and nice with hot and open pool ,the appartements are nice and equiped almost like home. But ...

It's not private. The houses are all attached and close to each other. Nice to have a vacation with international taste but it's not private. Nothing was washed or cleaned before our arrival. Its not dirty but its not enough clean, pity. For those who hate going up and down the stairs: our appartement eventhough it was so nice ,the wooden ,noise making stairs specially with us who have two little kids wasn't nice. The fact that everything was paid; wifi, tv, cleaning,... keep this in mind before reserving.

Central location, quiet (in september), clean apartments.

The welcome by one of the staff members (a blond guy) was not too friendly. I asked to change the apartment to a different one on another location. He was very irritated and switched from English to French and said 'What is the problem' This, while a lot of apartments were not in use in this period (low season).

Location was great short walk into the heart of Mimizan Plage with plenty of good restaurants and bars, amazing beach

My apartment was suitably furnished, everything I needed was there. Staff was very helpful i. e. finding a doctor and restaurants in the area.

The papeterie smelled badly. Especially at nighttime I had to close the windows. Not the fault of Nemea but hopefully something can be done sometimes?!
