Clean, quiet
The man we talked to in the morning before leaving was not only condescending but judgemental. I was with my husband for a day there and felt like he was being belligerent (which he wasn’t with the white man sitting in the lobby). He should improve his manners if he wants to keep working in hospitality.

The location was nice. Its on the main road and close to many restaurants, shops etc.
The room was not well kept. There were lots of tiny but irritating coackroaches in the room. The room needs to be fumigated.

Pleasant and helpful staff (all of them), beautiful surroundings, nice swimming pool,
convenient location from Dakar Plateau, shops, banks and restaurants in proximity. I recommend the Archotel for both personal and business stays in Dakar. The beach is just “next door”!
The TV wasn’t tuned when I arrived. More attention should be paid to the little nothings (Les petits riens). Also, amenities should be installed for children’
