The location was perfect

Didn’t have hot water and some parts of the apartment were broken.

The hosts Andrea and Yassine were very accommodating, holding our bags before and after so we could explore. They provided good recommendations on food and travel and offered to make dinner reservations. Location great with view and near the food and shopping. The cold AC was a relief every day and night! Would recommend to any friends coming to Bellagio.

The view and location were spectacular, we could not have asked for more! The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, and made for a comfortable stay. It was extremely handy for restaurants, shops and the ferry terminal. We would definitely return to this apartment.

The location was beautiful! The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed online. Nice and clean! Lots of space too which came in handy with all of our luggage.

My only thing was that it was hard finding the building to pick up the keys. We walked past it not realizing it was a small door. I wish there would have been a sign that said what it was!

A lovely apartment in a central location! VERY accommodating and friendly staff 😊 Only when we left we discovered that they can also help with our laundry.. we’ll remember that to the next time :)

Arianna who we met at the office was most hospitable and escorted us to the apartment approximately 120 metres away. Elijah was a beautiful lake village, which has much to see and wonderful food to eat. I would recommend a ferry ride to Veranna, which takes about 20 minutes. Villa Monastero Is certainly worth a visit

The bathroom door scrapes heavily against the tiles, which is an inconvenience during the night, Particularly if someone is sleeping on the lounge bed close by.

From the moment we walked through the door until the end, the hosts were so welcoming and helpful. They gave us lots of tips and were always available via text if we needed anything. The apartment exceeded my expectations, it was really spacious, clean and the balcony and view of the lake is amazing. Its central to everything and a short walk to hop on the ferry. Absolutely perfect, 10/10 stay! Thankyou so much!

The location is brilliant, on the main street in Bellagio, you can sit on the balcony over looking the shops and the tourists, with the main courtyard only metres away to have breakfast or a morning coffee. The ferry terminal at the bottom of the staircase as well as all the restaurants and bars along the lake front. The apartment itself had everything you need and was very spacious.

Just some minor things that shouldn't stop you staying here. There was a lot of lights out but that was only annoying when we were getting ready. The iron was dirty and rusty water came out of it but once I cleaned it out it worked fine.

the location was truly amazing!! it was immaculately clean. the check in process was super easy and arianna was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful and flexible with us. She had an extra single bed set up for us and a portable air unit and several fans which was immensely helpful in the 100 degree heat. Great restaurants and gelato and grocery steps away from the house. Just a short walk down to ferry as well. we’ll stay there again for sure if we are back in Bellagio again!!

Excellent location. Fantastic balcony. Lovely check in staff down the road at a reception who was contactable at any time to happily help us with any queries.

Wifi was slow and cuts out often.

the apartment is nice, clean well located and everything about it is ok except that it has no working AC, we stayed in July and we’re not able to sleep due that it was too hot for comfort.

NO WORKING AC

Great little property in the heart of Bellagio, gave us authentic Italian vibes. Staff were extremely kind and helpful and all the recommendations they gave were superb.

Only criticism was that there was no AC, this didn’t bother us, but I can imagine this might be a problem for others in the middle of a heatwave.
