Very poor quality breakfast, apartment it not a real one , on the extensibile couch you can't sleep properl. To be asked to pay 5 leva to have wifi jn the room is something that you do no think it os possible nowdays, yet it is.

The hotel was great! It was very clean, in a great central location in the Old Town, and the room itself had a wonderful atmosphere and a small terrace. There's also a restaurant which we didn't get to try but maybe next time.

The beds were too soft, and we couldn't sleep comfortably. I'm sure it would be fine for other people though. We just have some back problems so we can't blame the hotel for having beds most people would consider comfortable.

Clean room, the property is on the promenade, not far from the beach.

Location was good, the room was big and staff was really nice.

Toilet leaked, so half of the bathroom floor was wet after flushing.

Very nice old town, nice and kind people, the hotel has the face to the sea, clean and comfortable room, air-conditioning.

Room without a balcony, poorly data traffic on the telephone net and hotel's wireless net.

The location is wonderful. The room had a nice sea view. The buffet breakfast was really good and substantial. The beds are not soft which is very comfortable to me, I had a really good sleep.

Wi Fi is free only on reception area, to use it in the room you have to pay 5 lv per one devise. I did but it didn't work on my Linux laptop (which I bought it for because I had to work) but the property didn't get my money back (they said it was a problem of my laptop, not the problem of their internet). The room was relevantly clean but they could use a swipe or two under the beds. The things in the room are quite old, one of the lamps didn't work, but generally everything was good.

Other hotels on the island provide complimentary bottles water. This might be a good idea particularly in the higher end rooms.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and the hotel was located in a great spot with beautiful views towards the sea. The breakfast buffet was very good and the room was beautiful and clean.

The drain in the shower was not so fast.

The breakfast was excellent, with various types of food including fruits, cookies and little gems. I would recommend the breakfast to anyone who looks for a good start of the day.

The rooms are not so big. They could be more spacious in the front of the bed between bed and fridge and TV. Also a balcony would be a plus. Anyhow, the sunrise and sunset are just perfect from the french balcony.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, we loved the cafe (Soiree) that the reception guy recommended. Great experience overall, we are sure to come back next year.

Location is simply amazing, hotel is facing a sea side having a great view of sunny beach, Its located on actual island so all historical sites restaurants and other beauties of Nessebar are just around it. Rooms are surprisingly big, with balconies.

There is really nothing to complaint.
