Location of hotel is perfect to explore St Malo. Room clean & the breakfast is lovely. About a 15 min walk from the ferry terminal.

Disappointed with the room we were allocated due to hotel refurbishment & change of name & description of rooms. I booked our room back in December 2022 for a Superior Room, this apparently has now become a Privilege Room. The room we were allocated was on the 5th floor with windows so high I couldn't see out & was not the Superior Room we were expecting. We were then moved to a double room on the 4th floor as this was the only other room available & with windows we were able to see out of. Although this room was clean it was not the room I had booked & paid for.

The hotel was in the old part of St Malo. It was in walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. We had a basic room which did not have a lot of room to move around in, but was fine for us. The breakfast was good.

Excellent location. Short walk from the ferry terminal. Situated nicely for all the shops/restaurants/coffee shops. Buffet continental breakfast. Super comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff.

No toiletries or coffee facilities in room, although it didn't stop us enjoying our stay.

We arrived 3 hours early and the staff very kindly let us take the room, which was very comfortable, with natural light .. overlooking the town

Fantastic rooms. Immaculately clean. Spacious family room with great views over St Malo streets. Good sized bath/shower. Helpful, friendly staff.

Staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was perfect for my situation which was very urgent and full of cancellations due to the bad weather. Had a great time finally!

I didn't like having to walk to the ferry terminal at 4h45 in the morning in total darkness and soaking wet from the storm but that obviously wasn't the hotel's fault. Very scary though 😅😂😂

Room so small only just fit round either side of bed and same at foot of bed, it was size of a single room. Decor tired. No heating control. Poor bed. Hairdryer not working. One curtain so didn't cover window. No safe. Paper cups in room so hot drinks burnt hands and went damp and flimsy.

Clean and welcoming. Well placed.
