Très satisfait d'avoir pu séjourner 2 semaines dans cet hôtel.
Le personnel a été très accueillant. Le petit déjeuné me convenait très bien.
L'accès facile à l'Etablissement et à son parking.
L'arrivé en nombre de voyeurs étrangés venu troubler la quiétude de l'Etablissement notamment en soirée.
La propreté des escaliers intérieurs sont négligés.

Le faite d’être proche de la station essence et restaurant .
La douche était pas propre et l’eau pas chaude , le lit pas confortable le matelas du lit d’en haut laisse à désirer, dans la deuxième chambre le lit empêchait la porte de s’ouvrir correctement et l’odeur de l’humidité.

Le bruit des autres personnes . Ils ont empêché de dormir. C’était insupportable !

The property is well located near from some shopping and the train station. It is big enough and they are making efforts to keep it clean etc.
Rooms are clean, the bed and so one. But the toilet is very ancient and worn.
When you brush your teeth, you can see that the water pipe isn't covered, which isn't pleasant at all.
The description and photos (just regarding toilets) posted on internet are not the same as reality they should change and share the exact photos of toilets in their real condition.
Some bathroom renovations would be most appreciated.

Good value generally, clean.
Cergy is not worth a visit, breakfast is poor.

Nothing to be honest everything about your hotel was a disappointment.
The customers services was horrible and the room was tiny.

1. Bathroom too tiny for toilet and shower, sink too small

RER A station 10 min walk - so it is easy to get to Paris (the trip will take approximately 1 hour).
there weren't hairdryer, iron and even corkscrew.

the staff were very friendly and the bed was fairly comfy. television provided and own bathroom. there was bike storage downstairs and disabled access to the property. some options for food around and cheap price.
the room and the bathroom in particular were small. the bathroom was made of orange plastic and had a nautical feel to it, as well as being a bit claustrophobic and cramped and coming off as cheap.

Bathroom is tiny and not well cleaned, we have stayed at a few premiere classe and this sadly was the worst. Location is good and an excellent Chinese buffet a stones throw away but sadly the bathroom affected our stay, the sink leaked all.over the floor and the shower cubicle is too small.

not accessible,poor reception,extremely small rooms etc

reception guy’s work efficiency so low that it takes us more than 30 may minutes to check in. there was another women before us, she also spent 30 minutes to check in. so we waited there an hour to check in.
