Zentrale Lage. Betten sind gut. Zimmer war groß genug. Schneller Check-in.
Sehr laut. Man kann unter der Zimmertür das Flurlicht sehen. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Beleuchtung teilweise defekt, Wasserhahn wackelt, ...

Sehr hellhörig ( Man hört Wecker aus anderen Zimmern und Leute auf dem Gang umher laufen)
Keine Parkplätze bzw nur eine Garage mit Höhen-/Längen- und Gewichtsbeschränkung ( nicht geeignet für einen Kombi)
Zimmer ist eher etwas baufällig bzw nicht gut umgebaut
Platzverhältnisse für 2 Personen sind etwas beschränkt

In meinem Zimmer war alles neu, und es war sauber
Das Zimmer war winzig, ich konnte mich zwischen Bett und Regal an der gegenüberliegenden Wand kaum drehen. Im Badezimmer fehlten sowohl Handtuch Haken als auch jegliche Möglichkeit zur Ablage von Toilettegegenständen.
Das ganze Haus war eine einzige Baustelle, überall roch es nach Farbe, außerhalb der Zimmer standen überall Renovierungsutensilien und Baudreck.
Ich fühlte mich ungleich behandelt. Ein Verwandter, der im selben Hotel übernachtete, bekam für das selbe Geld ein Doppelzimmer zur allein Nutzung, wie ich später erfuhr.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Floor, bathroom, sheets — all was clean and pretty new.
We were wondered how good can be hotel with a such low rating.
And I recommend to book it here on Booking, price is 30-40% lower here than on the reception.
The only thing wasn’t perfect — doors aren’t soundproof so you hear almost all sounds from the corridor.
But all other is very good.

The area was dodgy (on a Sunday night). The personnel was not very helpful and the premises were rather poor

The room is very great and comfy. it’s also easy to find and the staff was really nice and patient!!!

I liked the price and location best
There’s no AC (which we knew) but our window faced a wall so there wasn’t a lot of ventilation.

we got two adjacent rooms. one smelled like horse poo / broken plumbing. They offered us a room in exchange but that a hotel would even offer that room to someone was so disgusting. it was also very warm on the top floor. lastly, it was very old and worn down, the staircase made me think of a third world hospital.

The location is pretty close to the city center and and bed was confortable.
The room was extremely hot, as there were 30+degrees. No cooler in the room, not even a water bottle!! The room smelled bad, like someone smoked there before. Moreover it was very loud… i could hear a lot of noises from the street.

I liked the hotel, the location is excellent and close to most important places. The staff are really great and super helpful .
- I didn't like the very small size of the room.
- I didn't like that the rooms aren't air conditioned.
- I didn't like the room's ceiling and windows as they needed a lot of cleaning specially from insects.
- I didn't like that the food varieties are limited.

Location is perfect, price pricewise it's one of the cheapest options in Stuttgart, very welcoming reception staff
The bed is pretty uncomfortable, the single room is super small and wifi didn't work very well in the room. The vending machine on the first floor should have water (not only beer).
But for a few nights on a low budget it's a good choice

The only advantage of this hotel was its location. It's pretty close to the city center. And also reception guys are affable.
All the rest, except location, and receptionists.
