No soap, no shower gel, nothing from this.

The cleaning staff from the hotel was very rude. Every morning at 8 they started to talk very loudly on the hall, couldn’t sleep anymore. In the morning of our departure at 11 sharp somebody knocked onto our door yelling “Raus” (german for “out”). Out room was not cleaned once during our 3 nught stay

Worst ever hotel. Nothing like 3 stars in the hotel or in the room. The hotel is unsafe for woman. Receptionist allowed some random men to help me with luggage even after asking who they were. These men not just entered my room and sat down, also smoked inside the room, even after asking not to several times because I get severe cough. These random men then started talking nonsense to me. I had to immediately check out from the hotel as it was unsafe to stay there. I couldn't stay there even for 30 mins. This was only about the experience regarding safety. There was no curtains to the hotel. The table and TV looked extremely dirty. Windows glass accumulated lots of dirt. I don't recommend this place, stay away.
