Es ist eine schöne ruhige Lage. Wir hatten die Fahrräder mit, man kann dirt sehr gut Rad fahren. Das Zimmer war schön und das Bett sehr bequem. Bad ist Standard aber völlig ausreichend. Frühstück war sehr reichlich, von allem was da. Es wurde auch schnell nachgelegt.
Wenn mehrere Gäste mit Rädern kommen, wird es eng mit dem unterstellen. Es gibt nur eine Garage, wo auch noch anderes kleines vom Hotel abgestellt ist. Da müsste man auf jeden Fall noch besser werden. Wenn für die Region geworben wird, und es gibt hier tolle Radwege, dann sollte man schon mehr Unterstellmöglichkeiten als für 6 Räder haben. Es ist dann auch sehr eng, um an sein Rad zu kommen.

Es war trotz Hochzeit im Hause ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen ohne störende Geräusche. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht auf die Burgen im Familienzimmer genießen dürfen.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und die Mitarbeiter des Best Western Hotel ließen keine Fragen offen.
Man hätte in jedem Zimmer dem Gast ein gratis Wasser zur Verfügung stellen können, wie ich es von Best Western gewohnt bin.

Hatte in einem 30 Jahre alten Hotel nicht so eine neue und moderne Einrichtung erwartet.
Das sonntags die Gaststätte nicht geoeffnet war.

Das W-Lan wird bei starker Belegung des Hotels etwas holprig und es gibt kurze Abstürze.

Arrived Sunday evening and were directed to the only restaurant in town - which we walked to, but found closed (exceptionally). We were very disappointed to discover on our return to the hotel that there was absolutely NOTHING to eat, not even a few biscuits! Could do better, I think.

The hotel is 4km from the A4/E40 motorway so close enough for a stopover but far enough away to be quiet. Good parking, very clean rooms, good restaurant and breakfast. Nice lounge/bar area. The hotel is on the edge of the small town of Apfelstadt so offering an opportunity for an after dinner evening walk.

Staff not welcoming their guest with smile and greetings them, whereas expecting guest to greet them. They are too busy or careless or tired or disinterested on their paid guests.

Easy to find, good location, big parking, clean room. There was a kettle with some coffee and tea included, which is always nice. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
In the restaurant, my wife, who is Iranian, was ignored because she was the only non-German guest. The woman serving tables (with glasses and black hair) was wonderful to everyone else, but really annoyed when my wife asked for a fork! And she had to ask for cups, tissues, and other things separately.
It's a shame.

The room was clean. The staff was kind. The breakfast was 👌.
The pillows were so uncomfortable, We got up with stiff necks. There was surprisingly no refrigerator in the room. The room was supposed to be fit for three persons, but an extra movable bed was simply added to an originally double room, which made the room a bit small for us.
