Las instalaciones están hermosas su tipo colonial encanta además de sus jardines y lo espacioso de sus habitaciones que me son muy cómodas. También la comida es excelente.

Hubo un poco de ruido en la mañana por donde estábamos talvez porque estaba cerca el era de asador y ellos iban a tener un evento en el día pero todo lo demás fue perfecto.

I saw a couple of ants in my room, but that’s probably unavoidable due to climate and the room being on the ground floor. It’s a bit out of the way for the city center.

The hacienda, the grounds, the pool, everything was beautiful and clean and kept up nicely. Wonderful staff with at least one person who spoke English there at all times.The food is also very good in the on site restaurant, we looked forward to eating there multiple times. San Filipe is a hidden gem of Oaxaca. A wonderful place to get away from the busy city and wake up to the sound of birds.

staff were very nice and gardens were pleasant.

the property felt tired and didn’t have the characteristics of a 5* hotel. the rooms were dark, aircon didn’t work and the fan made a ton of noise whilst on. for the price I was disappointed.

Service was beyond great! Bathroom and the room were clean. Also common areas, Restaurant good but lack of vegetarian and plant based dishes.

The only downside is that the outside ligths shine too much and it imposible to sleep with window open, the ac is too old and the fan was imposible to turn on because it was beyond noisy and I guess unsafe, it bounced too much.

Staff were EXCELLENT. Walls are thin: noise from neighboring guests is very audible. Breakfasts were above average; main menus items were average, but the food in Oaxaca is excellent, so do not take most of your meals in the hotel anyway. The courtyard/garden area is beautiful. The pool is small and could require a little more attention, but was a relaxing place to hang out. Location is off the beaten path. Getting too and from El Centro, where the action is, requires an annoying but affordable taxi ride.

The roads and sidewalks in Oaxaca are poor. We became accustomed to the transportation system, but it took a while.

I love how Jaime and Maurilio the waiters were very kind and friendly and kept checking on us to make sure we were happy with the food.

Just the refrigerators weren’t as cold as i expected. Or one of the showers didn’t have a door.
