the receptionist went above and beyond to support us. we have really appreciated her kindness. the hotel is spotless clean and rooms are very comfortable

looked like there was a view..but we requested, the hotel was not full and yet we were given a room in the basement, breakfast was great

Location was great. Right next to Historic center.

Getting in and out of parking garage was bit of struggle but convenient with elevator to rooms. I expected a city view but didn’t make special request so didn’t get it. My fault not hotel

Hotel bellissimo e suggestivo, location centrale, staff gentilissimo

Excellent location and attentive staff are the highlights of this hotel. We had a nice view towards Train's arch. Nice toiletries provided.Safe garage with elevator access to rooms and electric car charging facilities for a payment.

The hotel room and floors where the rooms are were quite tired. Tiny shower cabin. No catering facilities available except at breakfast.

THE POSITION

I STAYED AT THE SAME HOTEL LAST YEAR AND THE AIRCONDITIONING WAS NOT FUNCTIONING SO I WROTE TO THE HOTEL TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS TIME I WOULD BE ABLE TO SLEEP IN A COOLED ROOM RATHER THAN THE SAUNA OF LAST YEAR (COULDN'T OPEN THE WINDOWS BECAUSE OF NOISY ROAD BELOW) THE HOTEL TOLD ME THAT MY ROOM WAS AIRCONDITIONED AND THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BE OK. WHEN I CHECKED IN THE ROOM WAS IN FACT COOL. WHEN I CAME BACK FROM DINNER THE SIRCONDITIONING HAD STOPPED WORKING AND THE ROOM WAS A SAUNA - AGAIN!!!!! AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OF WAITING THEY BROUGHT A MOBILE UNIT INTO THE ROOM BUT THE BED WAS 50 CM FROM IT SO IT WAS LIKE TRYING TO SLEEP IN A JET ENGINE. I EVENTUALLY HAD TO TURN IT OFF. I SLEPT VERY BADLY AND HAD TO WORK A FULL 8 HOURS THE FOLLOWING DAY WITH ONLY 4 HOURS SLEEP. THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE RECEPTION EVEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR PARKING - AN EXTRA €15 - UNTIL I INSISTED THAT THEY GIVE ME AT LEAST THIS CONSIDERATION. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.

perfect perfect location

A very well placed hotel, with noce rooms and a beautifull view from the roof. The employees were very nice.

It's very pretty, elegant, well-designed. The reception staff were always pleasant and engaging. Everything always looked clean. I also appreciate how careful they appear to be with Covid measures.

The safe in my room didn't work. No attempt was made to fix it or replace it or move my booking. The room was cold. Every sound from the rest of the hotel could be heard in my room, including loud cleaners chatting in the morning. No tea / coffee making facilities supplied with the room. The breakfast was dismal... Nothing hot at all. A few pieces of cheap cheese with a few slices of ham - sometimes not even that - with some sweetened fruit in a bowl. There were also a few boiled eggs. And one cup of coffee procured when the waiting staff deigned to visit the dark breakfast room.

The location of the hotel was ideal for the town. The on site parking, large room, friendly and helpful staff. The view from the rooftop garden was fantastic.
