Alles war mehr als super. Das Personal war so unglaublich lieb und die komplette Anlage war wunderschön. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt. Das Hotel werde ich definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisch uitzicht, prachtige kamer, lieve mensen

No mineral water in the room. It’s a basic in hotels now a days. How much does a bottle of water cost?! Just one a day would have been nice. Jacuzzi in the balcony was a bit tight and the water was not very warm. Temperature didn’t work properly. No freshly squeezed juices for breakfast and had to wait for certain foods to be cooked.

Very beautiful view, interior and exterior were very pretty, comfortable beds, nice shower with amazing water pressure.

The property was on a hill so the walk was a little steep.

ארוחת הערב היתה יקרה ומאכזבת מאד. אני ממליצה לאכול בעיירה ולא במלון וגם ארוחות הבוקר לא מוצלחות במיוחד יחסית לרמה הגבוהה של המלון

De rust, het ontbijt, de jacuzzy op het eigen terras

Terras waar de jacuzzy op stond was erg klein. Je kon amper op de stoelen zitten die er bij stonden omdat er zo weinig plek was. Ja had zicht op de zee (waarvoor meer betaald), maar ook op de parking van het hotel. Dit was minder aangenaam.

Vista dalla camera, pulizia ma soprattutto lo staff che ha sopperito ai piccoli disguidi di una struttura nuova. Ottima la cucina con uno chef sempre presente. Manager attento ai particolari e dedito al miglioramento della struttura. Molto bravi. Ci ritorneremo.

Beim Frühstück war das Personal zum Teil hyperaktiv. Gut gemeint, aber das brachte eine gewisse Unruhe.

The location is perfect and the views were absolutely stunning . Restaurant food was of high standard and loved room service when I needed a little more privacy . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

My balcony wasn't very private . Guests from rooms above could see down to my plunge pool whilst I was sunbathing . Also steps leading down to the restaurant ment guests could view me on my balcony .it seemed to be a hotspot for pictures due to the view.

Nous avons aimé la pisciné privée, le décor moderne, tout était neuf. Le service était bien, le personnel était très sympathique.

Dès qu’on est arrivé nous avons pris une chambre avec piscine privée vue sur mer. Mais lorsque j’ai enfilé mon maillot de bain pour profiter de la piscine, celle-ci me paraissait trouble comparé à celle des voisins. Je ne me suis pas penché sur le sujet en me disant que c’est peut etre la lumière du soleil. En revenant de mon diner, donc la nuit, là j’ai vu la piscine qui était VRAIMENT trouble et anormal. Avec mon conjoint on s’apercoit que les pompes et filtres ne fonctionnent pas contrairement aux autres piscines à côté. Je décide de prevenir le personnel. Très furieuse de payer une chambre avec piscine au prix fort et l’élément qu’on paye le plus ( la piscine ) est inpraticable. Ce qui m’a le plus choqué c’est que le personnel au bout de fil me répond qu’il est bien au courant que notre piscine n’est pas filtrée et que les pompes ne marchent pas. Ce qui ne les a pas empêché de nous vendre la chambre quand même ! Heureusement que le lendemain le personnel nous a changé de chambre en haussant un petit peu le ton et nous avons eu une chambre impeccable avec une piscine propre avec des pompes qui fonctionnent! Mais déçu de pas avoir pu profiter de mon bain de minuit que je souhaitais faire le premier soir. Sachant que nous avons sejourner 2 nuits, donc la première journée a été foutue avec un piscine sale. Nous avons donc tout fait pour rentabiliser notre argent en profitant de la piscine privée propre pour la deuxieme et derniere journée à l’hotel. Le déj est vraiment à revoir, on n’y comprend rien à comment on se sert en boisson. Nous avons pas de couvert pas de verres et il y en avait pas en mibre de service. Il y’a beaucoup de personnel sur place, mais ne réponde pas à nos problématiques de couverts/mouchoirs/boissons. On a du réclamer en se deplacant, 3fois 1 cappucino. Ce que je peux comprendre un peu, c’est que c’est un hôtel tout neuf donc il y’a des améliorations à prévoir, des choses encore à reprendre petit à petit.

Struttura molto bella, un po' difficoltosa in quanto distribuita sul fianco di una collina e quindi sempre salite faticose soprattutto con il sole. Per fortuna vengono in aiuto delle golf car che ti trasportano a destinazione. Pulizia impeccabile, due volte al giorno ti rifanno la stanza. Piscina di pertinenza alla stanza sempre pulita.

Unica pecca, per noi Italiani, la cucina che presenta piatti internazionali a noi poco graditi a parte i dolci che erano molto buoni.

We had a room with a spa on the balcony and ocean view. It was great and the view was fantastic. The buffet at breakfast was excellent. Great variety et very good quality. The staff was absolutely great.

There is no access to the beach. The pool is small and the area around it is quite shallow. But we were told that those issues would be solved within the next year (new larger pool and beach access).

Breakfst was vey nice. A nice mix between Greek and Continental. The hottub at the terrace was also very enjoyable. The Staff was very accomodating. Love to go again.

I wasn't sure what to expect and had taken a chance booking this hotel after reading the reviews. I'm glad I did. This is a newly opened hotel and it is lovely! We could easily have stayed longer than the 3 days booked. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, shower powerful, the complimentry touches fantastic (wine,water and fruit). No complaints at all about the room. I had chosen a room with a spa tub, and this was novel. Because the hotel (along with many others in the vicinity) is on a slope there are staff on hand, all the time, to give you a lift up and down the slope in a golf buggy. I stayed half board and had buffet style for breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast was the same each day but there is alot of choice. Evening meal buffet was different each night and lots of traditional Creten dishes that were very tasty. One evening, there was traditional greek dancing and on another a saxophonist performing. Throughly enjoyed both.

I recently stayed at Elounda Infinity, and I must say this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. The experience was beyond exceptional, and it all started with the amazing staff, particularly Mike, who made our stay unforgettable. Mike and the team went above and beyond to assist with my proposal to my now fiancée. They arranged every detail perfectly, making sure everything went smoothly and exceeded all our expectations. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our happiness was truly remarkable. Beyond the phenomenal service, the hotel itself is incredible. We stayed in a room with a private pool and a breathtaking view of the sea. The location is ideal, just a short 5-15 minute drive to stunning beaches and fantastic dining options. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and perfect location made our stay extraordinary. I would definitely come again and highly recommend Elounda Infinity to everyone, especially couples looking for a romantic getaway. 10/10!

The pool area was a bit ‘bland’

Die Anlage liegt sehr schön und ist generell sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war super sauber und auch das Personal sehr zuvorkommen und freundlich!

Die Kulinarik lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig…wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen hat uns persönlich gar nicht angesprochen, von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet man was ganz anderes. Die Speisen waren trotz Wärmebehälter immer kalt, es gab viel zu wenig Auswahl und geschmacklich auch nicht wirklich ansprechend. Die Getränkepreise sind für Griechenland massiv überteuert…ein Cocktail teilweise 16-18€. Generell war das Hotel noch nicht wirklich fertig…Tagelang wurde an einem Grillplatz rumgehämmert, an unserem Abreisetag war dieser dann erst fertig. Das Hotel nennt sich „Resort & Spa“ … wo da der Spa ist frag ich mich… es war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Die letzten Tage sind wir immer auswärts essen gewesen, weil es für uns einfach nicht stimmig war! Definitiv verbesserungsfähig!

The place had the best view from our three hotels in Crete. You can see Spinalonga in the distance which was truly magical. We had half board which included breakfast and dinner. The choices weren’t too many but all were amazing - the best cheese I have tried on the island. Their dessert section was also extremely dangerous. My husband and I overate every single day. We had a sax man one night too. Staff did anything they could to make us feel comfortable. In the evening there was a lady making rounds asking us if we needed a fresh towel for the hot tub.

The place just opened, so they are still working out the logistics of some of the processes and training the staff. We could sense a bit of hesitation in their actions or the process they were expected to follow. That said we got an amazing discount of 50% for our stay which was to accommodate for the fact the staff was dialling the place up so we are more than happy to rate this a 10 star experience.
