The location is very good, near the beach, the market and the coffee shops. There's a also a nice cafe next to it called Le Felix

The hotel is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. I expected a bigger and cleaner room when I first booked.

The location was excellent. I had a sea facing room and woke up to views of the Mediterranean sea, which was literally across the street from the hotel. The St Raphael train station is a manageable 4 minute walk away, even with lots of luggage. Many nearby attractions e.g. the marina, casino, restaurants & shops, churches as well as the city of Frejus to keep you entertained. Considering the proximity to all these fabulous places, I found the price to be well worth it.

The property is a little dated, and modest in capacity & furnishing. That said, all amenities expected from a 21st century hotel are available e.g. complimentary water, on-site restaurant, housekeeping, toiletries etc.

Staff at reception were first class and very welcoming. Location and room were better than expected.

Exceptional friendliness of the staff, they all were very helpful, especially Georgina. It makes you feel home away from home.

Not a proper shower

Everything in this excellent hotel deserves highest marks: its polite, exceptionally helpful staff; location on the beach; cozy rooms; proximity to all restaurants, bars and entertainment. Cannot wait to come back.

The restaurant on the ground floor could definitely improve its service. First waiters ignored our presence, and when we came to them and asked for English language menu, they promised to bring it immediately and never came back. We left the restaurant and never came back too. Hopefully this restaurant and the hotel have different management.

Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly upon our arrival. Mellow location -- immediately able to stroll beach and restaurants. Great value on the Frensh Riviera!

The hotel is located literally 50 meters away from the beach. Super friendly and smiley staff. Room was not huge but with a nice view on the beachfront. The bathroom is spacious but does not have a shower curtain. The hotel is right in the city center but no private parking place. The parking is located nearby and cost a forfait of 70 Euro for 5 days.

Beautiful location, stunning room with a balcony over looking the Mediterranean sea. Very large bed, two chairs a table, a fridge.

Our room was prestigious and comfortable with a view of Sant Maxine and Saint Tropez. The balcony was big enough to sit on to just watch the world go by.

Very nice hotel located right in the center of everything. 4 min by walk from train station which is convenient even with lots of luggage. Hotel itself is located in one of the oldest historical buildings, very clean and well managed. Staff is very kind and was always ready to help. Room was always clean and in good condition

Inside the hotel there's a restaurant and that was not only not good, but unfortunately awful. 1st time we've tried to visit it upon arrival, around 13.30 and we were told (not in a very kind way) that they're not serving lunch already... ok, can be, but strange we thought as normally most of restaurants in France are serving lunch at least until 14.30. Then the same day we've tried a dinner there - it was quite overpriced regular dinner with quite poor service. And then the day after we wanted to take a breakfast and that was a disaster - we came at 9.40, while breakfast is supposed to be served until 10am. There was almost nothing on the tables, maybe some cheese and one pancake which was bitten by someone... We tried to ask staff for at least some scrambled eggs, they made it in the way they didn't understand us, then I tried to ask for a coffee and I was told where it is, in quite rude way (they were insulted by the fact that we were complaining on poor breakfast offer)... and all that happened while 4 staff members were sitting in a neighbor room, drinking coffee and laughing. So a complete disaster. Same day I asked to reimburse full cost of breakfast and we never came there again. At the reception of the hotel we were told that there're different management of hotel and restaurant, and that at that time there was no manager of restaurant, which was logical in fact as restaurant can't be managed in that way.
