Spacious, Perfect Location inside the Sunway Pyramid Mall, few walking steps to Sunway Lagoon. For the number of beds and location, a great value for money. A similar room in the hotel will cost you almost triple that. Beds were comfortable and clean. The view was not bad, on the city scene, but not wow also. The communication with the host was easy and straightforward instructions to do self check in and check out. Multiple cuisine choices in the mall for breakfast, but all open after 10AM. So should plan ahead as the park opens also at 10 AM. And no food allowed to be taken in the park. Sure definitely we will stay there again if I am visiting Sunway Lagoon area.

Some dust inside the wardrobe upper shelves, the toilet was blocked but we managed to unblock it without calling maintenance. Tv is very small, but for us it didn’t bother as we were inside only before bedtime.

The room was clean, comfortable and had appliances that we needed like a microwave, refrigerator, stove, cups and plates which were very convenient for us. The room also had a luxurious look. The apartment also had some nice facilities like laundry and a gym. The location was also a great one as it's just next to Sunway Pyramid mall and Sunway Lagoon.

Location was great. Place is clean although abit old. Could be better like providing more towels n thicker blankets.

The way of collection and return of key was easy.

The bunk beds were not well kept. My child felt itchy while sleeping on the top deck and had to sleep on the floor beds in the end. The bath tub water tab doesnt have hot water.
