The view on the Vrejheid Plaats.
No proper bathroom, a tub and the sink in the bedroom, toilets and shower with a glass door no privacy at all. No breakfast served. No elevator, only steep stairs. No cupboard in the room to unpack. lots of noise, people walking upstairs heard, water pipes chanting.

It is located in the very center of the city, the staff were amazing, they are very kind and helpful.

The design of the room is gorgeous. All appliances work and the room is very clean. The location is also great! It’s close to cosy cafes, good restaurants, bakeries, museums and stores. Last but certainly not least, the staff is amazing! They are all very accommodating, welcoming and kind.

ok for one night but not more , the room we had was not so comfortable. no privacy between room and bathroom. noisy from rooms by. quite expensive for what you get.

Strange approach to toilet privacy. Sliding see-through bathroom door so totally no privacy. Some make no problem of that. Maybe my generation (60 years old) find that weird. The building is old which has its charms but also creaking floorboards.

Fantastic place for spending a few nights in Maastricht. The hotel is located in the city center and is on walking distance to the city highlights. Super friendly personnel, excellent breakfast and parking across the street.

Hotel Britannique is located in the very centre of Maastricht right next to the Vrijthof square. The convenient location is definitely one of the reasons I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.
The rooms are modern, clean and quite spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the decoration is luxurious and intimate.
Tim and Kyona were extremely helpful and all staff members were kind and friendly throughout my stay. Just a 5-star experience overall.
Looking forward to coming back to Maastricht and staying here again!

The hotel location was perfect,just at the center of the city which made moving around quite easier.
The breakfirst was so delucious and alot of choices.
The staff members were very friendly,helpfull and welcoming. Their work ethics was above the top!
I actually liked my stay at the hotel, the only small problem that i had was the birthroom door which was broken, but after i reported it was imediately repaired.

Amazing stay at Hotel Britannique! Delicious food, super friendly staff and great location.
It rained during almost our entire stay but this wasn't even a bit unfortunate because the room was absoluteley stunning and worth staying in.
Best pre-christmas present!

No elevator, weird reception, bathroom room wouldn’t open, shower door malfunctions, airconditioning did not turn off, overall details not good
