Quiet location and spacious house

No internet and no cable connection for the television

A big space and good separation of spaces as we were 3 generations from little to old! The outdoor bathroom was a real novelty and greatly enjoyed. Loved walking around the grounds in the mornings. The kitchen was really well equipped. We could have cooked anything. The beds were really comfy too!

Nothing. We really enjoyed our stay. The only small bugbear was having no wifi as my adult children had work stuff to do at times so we were relying on our phone data which wasn't greatly reliable being out in the bush!

on spacious quiet grounds

starting to show age. the decking is in need of attention, protruding nails could cause an issue. the cleaning overall could be better, there were cobwebs in lots of areas that could and should have been cleaned,the 4th bedroom had an ant infestation that resulted in the room not being used.

Large open plan house with lots of room. Great gardens and outdoor space.

Need instructions to work sauna

As we had quite a few complaints the agents were kind enough to offer 1 free nights accommodation.

Windows on inside filthy & kitchen equipment very old & grubby. No heating on our 1st night, only heating in bedrooms were small cheap electric fan heaters & electric blankets. Reverse cycle air conditioning fixed on 2nd day. 1 fireplace not able to be used in sitting room. Spa not able to be used. Circuit breakers kept tripping if we had toaster and tv on at same time. No instructions on how things worked etc.

Great location and nice and quiet. Lovely kitchen and good.sized bedrooms. Outdoor bathroom is nice too. Close enough to run into town or out for lunch but far away to be out of the hustle back at the house.

Drops in water pressure. Understandable with rural areas not being on mains water but it was only possible for 2/6 of us to shower Saturday night due to lack of water. If the pump is on a timer/set up with water allowance that should be stated. Outdoor cistern also leaking, more than likely need a plumber out to change float valve or outlet rubber.
