Location was central to a lot of ski resorts that we wanted to visit. Lot of space for our group of three, but would be tight for more than 4 people in my opinion. Having access to a private hot tub was nice, as was having a washer and dryer.

Hot tub could’ve been cleaner. A lamp, ceiling fan and TV didn’t work in the master bedroom. The outdoor light by the hot tub didn’t work (we tried new light bulbs). Pots and pans could be upgraded. Non-stick surfaces were flaking/worn out. Some more basic spices and sugar would be nice. A map showing where the dumpster is would be helpful. I messaged the management company 3 times before arrival to get clarification on the laundry facilities and got no response. When I asked about dumpster location they told me to take garbage to some facility in Silverthorne rather than tell me the location of the on-site dumpster. So customer service could be much better. The garage is too small and oriented in way that is hard to pull a vehicle in. Snow removal could have been better.

Everything was very clean and in order. The staff was very friendly and always available to help. We absolutely loved our stay here. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 and even had extra blankets pillows and they even provided cleaning supplies and hygiene supplies. They also provided sleds for our kids to use while we were there

The garage is on the smaller side and was a little difficult to fit our SUV in but all in all a great stay.

Location is good...views..close to restaurants etc... some of the furniture on main floor was nice. Decent size place for small family.

Needs a lot of TLC...I'll explain: (yep I'm a bit picky but shouldn't we all be given the prices these days??? 1) The floor slopes..like the foundation has fallen or something...super strange but it creates obnoxious sounds because of the laminate. 2) the place wasnt clean...maybe enough for your typical 1 star motel..but the cleaning fee does not reflect a one star motel.(could add lots more but won't) 3) hot tub would be great if they added chemicals or changed water recently...not very inviting 4) the craftsmanship of repairs leaves you feeling extremely underwhelmed...poor patch work ..off color paint etc... 5) regrout/caulk the bathrooms....really..it's not hard and makes a world of difference 6) the beds and bedding lack in every way. (We had to buy. 7) either previous renter or owner had/has a cat..my allergies went off the chart...plus the ozonator in the closet isn't a good indication of anything. 8) grill was gross...didn't feel like cleaning it and perhaps some could say, get over it...again...for the price it should at least be cleaned enough to use...I do expect to clean a bit...

Beautiful property with tremendous views. It was hard to pack up and leave!
