W hotelu jest naprawdę czysto, obiekt stosunkowo nowy, schludny.

Brak informacji, że hotel znajduje się w bliskiej okolicy meczetu. Codziennie o 20 półgodzinne „wycie” imama. To czego mi zabrakło w opiniach a sama chciałbym to wyczytać z opinii to fakt, okolica jest muzułmańska, byliśmy w okresie ramadanu , więc wszystkie sklepy w dzień i restauracje były pozamykane. Mój partner miał zatrucie pokarmowe obie apteki w bliskiej okolicy w ciągu dnia były zamknięte, najbliższa 2 km dalej i jak już wspomniałam wyżej codzienne śpiewy z meczetu. A co do samego hotelu , jedna winda, która baaardzo wolno działa , i jedna winda na 7 pięter hotelu to zdecydowanie za mało.

Für den Preis und die Lage nehme ich die 1-2 Makel jederzeit wieder in Kauf.

Handtücher haben teilweise gemüffelt. Bad wurde nicht richtig gereinigt und manchmal haben wir keine neuen Handtücher erhalten. Laundry Service hinterlies teilweise Flecken in der frischen Wäsche. Auf Anfrage wurde aber alles kostenlos nochmals gewaschen und war schließlich auch sauber.

Enjoyed my stay at Anda Sea Tales Resort. Friendly staff and very helpful rental service for scooters and day trips. The room was cleaned daily and laundry service was a plus too. Would recommend visiting the rooftop pool as well. Did not try the breakfast buffet as I preferred local foods and 7/11 toasties.

Only ONE elevator in the whole resort. Hallways are not air-conditioned and the hallway windows are wide open so at times it could be very hot and bugs/lizards can fly into your room as you're walking in.

Limited breakfast options. Price of breakfast didn't match what was offered. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. Room service was not available after 8:30pm. No where to hang your towels in the room or in the private pool area. Very strange since the whole room is centered around the pool.

Staff were not so friendly and didn’t help us even with our luggage. They were not ready to provide extra water bottles also for the money we paid.

Die Lage war zwar akzeptabel, jedoch erforderte es das Überqueren einer stark befahrenen Straße, um den Nachtmarkt zu erreichen. Dies könnte bei Dunkelheit potenziell gefährlich sein.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut heruntergekommen und veraltet. Die Wände sind voller Schmierereien, und die Reinigungskräfte scheinen ihre Arbeit nicht ernst zu nehmen. Das Badezimmer war widerlich, mit überall Haaren und Blutflecken auf dem Boden. Die Gardinen waren mit Blut verschmiert, und die Bettwäsche war voller brauner Flecken. Am privaten Pool gibt es nicht einmal eine Möglichkeit, sich hinzusetzen und die triste Aussicht zu genießen. Die Flure erinnern eher an die eines Gefängnisses und verbreiten eine gruselige Atmosphäre. Der Aufzug ist stickig und unbelüftet, und der schmutzige, schlecht verlegte Teppich ist hochgekommen, was dazu führte, dass ich mit meinem Koffer gestolpert bin und mich verletzt habe. Es gibt absolut nichts Positives zu berichten. Wir haben sofort ausgecheckt und in einem anderen Hotel gebucht, wo wir unseren Urlaub endlich genießen konnten. Um unser Geld zurückzubekommen, müssen wir einen internationalen Anwalt einschalten, da das Resort die Mängel nicht einsehen will und sich weigert, uns zu erstatten. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Es ist das schlimmste, das wir je in Thailand gesehen haben, obwohl wir oft und lange dort waren.

Nothing really!

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We had cockroaches in the shower room and a horrible sewage smell was constantly coming out of the toilet. The room was semi- clean, bed sheets were fine, but the floor looked dirty and the pillows, linen and upholstered window seat had never been cleaned and were full of stains. The staff was quite indifferent too- which is very uncommon for Thai people who are always welcoming and friendly! They didn’t offer to help us with our luggage and didn’t bother to offer any info about the area, things to do etc.

Un très bel hôtel avec des équipements luxueux, les chambres sont splendides et bien orientées. À l’intérieur de l’hôtel il y a même un bureau qui s’occupe de vos réservations d’activités et de locations de scooters et voitures. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. Le personnel est bienveillant. Il y a une remarquable piscine au dernier étage de l’hôtel.

Le café du petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas top, c’est du café soluble bouilli. Il devrait s’équiper d’une machine à café expresso. Vous pouvez commander un expresso en supplément et c’est déjà une très bonne chose pour les amateurs de bons cafés.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und schön sauber. Die Aoom, die sich mit der Organisation von Reisen und dem Transport beschäftigt, ist sehr professionell und hilfsbereit, besten Dank für deine Hilfe! Die Lage ermöglicht, die Locals beim normalen Leben zu beobachten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist leider abgelegen, etwas zu weit vom Wasser/ Ao Nang (sehr touristisch). Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und haben kaum vom Meer gesehen. Das Hotel liegt an einer oft gefahrenen Straße und es ist einfach sehr laut, auch in der Nacht. Auf der wunderschönen Terrasse auf dem Dach gab‘s für ca. 20 liegen nur einen einzigen Sonnenschirm. Bei 35 Grad etwas unpassend, aber anscheinend waren alle kaputt. Schade.

In maximal 20 Minuten Fussweg erreicht man alles. Essen und Strand ist auch schneller zu erreichen und mit dem Roller ist man sehr flexibel. Die Zimmer mit privatem Pool sind wunderbar.

Das Personal könnte durchaus etwas freundlicher sein. Uns wurde gesagt, sie können kein Taxi zum Busterminal organisieren, sie hätten keinen Kontakt zu Taxis. So mussten wir das Taxi schlussendlich selber organisieren.

Zimmer roch nach Schimmel und war sehr feucht. Im Bad stand Wasser und die Klimaanlage war mit schwarzen Schimmel bedeckt. Der private Pool war kalt. Service gleich null.

Sauber, modern und komfortabel. Schöner sauberer Pool.

Standort ist ab vom Schuss. Man ist auf TukTuk oder Taxis angewiesen, die nicht regelmäßig in der Gegend des Hotels sind und außerdem Recht teuer sind. Bars waren fast nie besetzt.

Die Lage war für uns super, da alles schnell erreichbar ist, man aber weit genug weg von den lauten Einkaufsstraßen und dem Nachtleben ist. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Service top. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem eigenen Pool und konnten sogar den Sonnenuntergang sehen, was wirklich traumhaft war.

Das Frühstück war für thailändische Verhältnisse ganz gut, hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Wir Europäer sind einfach anderes gewohnt. Es ist außerdem relativ hellhörig.

Property was modern, quiet and well equipped. The rooftop pool area was beautiful!

Sehr freu dliches und nettes Personal. Service zeigt sich immer dann wenn es mal was zu reklamieren gibt und unsere Bedürfnisse wurden stets erfüllt. Der Pool am eigenen Zimmer als auch der Rooftop Pool sind spitze besonders bei Sonnenuntergang

Betten ziemlich hart. Möglichkeiten seine Sachen zu verstauen waren ungenügend. Der Schrank hat nicht genügend Bügel und auch keine Regale. Stühle für den kleinen Balkon wären nett gewesen.

Tour operator within hotel did book incorrect ferry tickets to ones requested, meaning our onward transfer did take much longer than planned with very poor ferry company, tickets wanted 2 hours transfer, however ones booked took in excess of 4 uncomfortable hours

I liked the room in general and the pool in it. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The biggest issue for me were the towels and the bath rope. Even though they were propably clean, they really looked ugly and dirty for me. Also, I felt that the room was in rather good condition, but it really would need some proper cleaning. By making an effort on the cleaning and getting new towels, you really could make a difference.

Location was really nice, just 15 min walk to night market. Out of crowds but not too far to the beach also. Staff was very friendly, we needed to call some Thai agency they were there to help us. Infinity pool is pretty nice touch.

Rooms, especially bathrooms are a bit used. You could find mold and generally it wasn’t so clean. Also rooms are facing street, sound insulation of the windows is pretty poor so it might be noisy for some people.

Facilities were amazing Staff were amazing Floating breakfast was super We stayed here as a family, with our 4 month old and it was exceptional, the staff went out their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and was so helpful with getting around! Location isn’t central however the activity desk can organise taxis to the beach for 150 baht, 15 minute walk to night market or a 5 min drive!
