Very nice, modern and clean apartment right in the middle of the city. Also for any questions we could text satu and she would do her very best to help us.

The accommodation was fabulous in every way. Compact, but super cute, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Under floor heating throughout the apartment was great. Location was excellent too, 2 mins walk to Lordi Square and close to the river with an easy walk to Arktikum. Hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us loads of information and tips. The apartment overlooks a nice park and the #8 bus for SCV stops just across the road. Having stayed at SCHV last November, we were worried that the kids wouldn’t enjoy an apartment in the city, but they loved it here and have asked to go back again next time. A very easy 10/10!

The apartment has everything you will need - an equipped kitchen with many appliances, a bathroom with washing machine and drier.

Everything was perfect, the location, the apartment, the hosts, the facilities. Everything was absolutely wonderful. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The apartment is near everything in the city centre, which is great because taxis in Rovaniemi are very expensive. From this apartment, everything is no more than a seven minute walk. The major sites like Santa Claus village are no more than a six minute drive. The apartment is clean, cosy and warm and the area feels very safe. It is Surrounded by all the famous restaurants. The apartment is opposite a park where you can have lots of fun, there are slays outside the apartment, and you can use to sled in the park. And last, but not least the hosts are fantastic. Their Communication is great and they are very kind and accommodating. They offer lots of information and are sp helpful. If you are looking to book this apartment I would not hesitate to book this apartment at all!!

A big surprise for us was a playground with a sliding hill and a skating ring (we stayed in winter) just in front of the apartment building. We found the sleighs in the accommodation, but there were also free sleighs next to the hill provided by the town of Rovaniemi itself. Winter fun for free!

Location Location Location, facilities superb,host was outstanding for assistance and local knowledge, cannot recommend this apartment and host enough. Best we have ever encountered. Keep up the good work.

Excellent location for going into Rovaniemi and access to Santa Village and attractions. Great for kids too as sledging and park opposite. Excellent facilities for washing and drying clothes too. The owner had excellent communication before our arrival and throughout our stay, giving us tips and tricks for getting around. I was really nervous about not using a mainstream hotel company but I was so happy! Really warm and quiet too!

best property I have stayed during my 3 weeks Europe trip. Bus stops to Ranua zoo and Santa Claus village are within short walking distance. There’s a park right opposite to the apartment where we did our sledding. apartment is filled with all essentials up to minute details like toothbrush, food containers, sled, etc. Tuomas is very responsive and will attend to all of our questions. Provides the best service and will even offer without us asking. kitchen and toilets are all well equipped!

it is a beautiful, well lit apartment that is perfect for couples ❤️ it is super central and only a few mins away from the restaurants, the river and easy for taxis and shuttles to find and pick u up from there. we loved how comfortable it was and Satu was super kind and answered all our questions. She also gave us recommendations on what to do/where to go. can’t wait to be back.

12/10!!! The apartment is new, modern and so clean! It has a cozy and homey vibes! Condiments and toiletries are available, hooray for that! The view outside the balcony is a park and a part of the Kemijoki (river), you can always have a relaxing time alone. The apartment is located in the city center, the mall-park-bars and restos, bus stops are easily accesible by just walking app. 3 mins. The host is very kind and accomodating. It’s worth the money! 👏🏻👌🏻

What a wonderful apartment! It has everything as described and even more. Felt like home! The place is cozy, clean, has a relaxing vibe, nice view and a very good location just in the city center. Very smooth and friendly communication with the owners, easy self-check-in. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and very clean apartment in centre of Rovaniemi with good view. There are all and even more what you need for comfortable life, and also all for cooking and cleaning. Hosts are also very nice and helpfull persons. Highly recommened to stay in this apartments. Thank you for my mini vacation.
