the room was really nice and spacious.
a garage was available for parking too (€15 per day)
the breakfast was nice too - local jams and fresh food.
the location was great too. you are in the middle of the city
the opening hours of the restaurant kitchen could be a little longer (8:30 pm is not that long)

Position was excellent, staff were friendly.
As a vegan, the breakfast was average at best, there was enough to eat, but the amount of options left a lot to be desired. For eg, no vegan sausages, baked beans only once in four days meaning no other suitable hot food besides porridge. the vegan margarine was next to the butter and people mixed up the serving implements, I used my own knife.

Breakfast was manic, sofa bed for 10 year was too small.

The minibar goods were too expensive, we could have the exact same ones in the supermarket next to the hotel for 5 times cheaper...

Fantastic breakfast! So much different selections and beautifully presented. This was my favorite breakfast place in my travels of Finland.

Very nice staff in the reception. Also friendly in the restaurant when serving, but made customers to wait to be taken to the tables very long and ignored guests who were waiting. The room was very basic and boring. Nothing like in the photo.

I like everything especially the lady in the receptionist she was so nice, our check in time was 3pm but we arrived early in the morning and we are very lucky that our room is ready, we are so happy to all the services, the room was clean and friendly staffs.

The staff - extremely friendly and helpful all the time; I was actually impressed on how nice they all were.
The room was clean, breakfast very good with a large variety of foods and they were nicely organized per hours to minimize the Covid risks.
The location is central; there is a 24/7 shop close by and the buss stop across the street.
The room seemed bigger in the picture than in reality.
