Nothing. Hotel just on the beach

- very dirty rooms(tables, doors) and especially bath room - towels very old and beach towels have terrible smell - old furnitures - lots of dogs on the beach - breakfast was not good, no coffee

location right on the beach- nice pool and very clean breakfast good .

very poor maintenance- none of the issues we raised were dealt with - patio door not locking- shower grab came off wall, safe not working - however the bathroom was good size and nice shower with hot water . Dogs loose - young dog scratched and bit my travel companion and dog poo on the beach - broken sunbeds . certain areas need overhaul

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and you could ask for fried eggs, omlettes etc to be made to order. Hotel is in a great location just across from the beach with no roads to cross.

WiFi was poor in rooms and intermittent in common areas. We were led to believe from the description that dinner would be buffet style but this was not the case I suspect because numbers having half board didn't warrant it. Instead there was a more limited choice menu plus standard pasta/pizza offerings. However not all the staff had a full grasp of all the options you could have despite being corrected by the manager. A few staff were somewhat surly in manner on occasions. This included one incident in the hotel bar where one of the staff who went by the name of 'Mr Whatever' turned off the TV we were watching because in his view we needed to buy a drink. This was despite us being residents and buying drink over 12 nights!

when I saw the pictures of the property I was super excited by my booking, but boy was the wool pulled over my eyes. when you first walk in you think you have done well. The entrance hall represents what I can only call what the hotel used to be. booking.com only offered the twin and queen bed combined room when I booked. When I checked in I was given a room with 2 single beds. I complained and the lady at reception told me “but you are 1 person”. The only saving grace the hotel had was an extremely helpful staff member by the name of Peter. He was English but spoke both Turkish and English. I explained that I had paid for a queen plus twin and if I wanted a single bed I would have paid for a single bed. He organised for me to get upgraded to their version of a king. It was a double at best. The aircon filters hadn’t been changed as I kept getting a cough when it was on. The water in my room didn’t work for the first day. The television didn’t work. The rooms were in disrepair. The only restaurant open was the Shamrock bar. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE PICS. This is a 3 star currently at best. overall a totally underwhelming experience and I would not go back

The breeze inside the building is amazing. The plants and landscaping inside the building is magical. The bed was really comfy. I couldn’t get enough of the hammocks. The beach is right there. the staff are very helpful and super friendly. A very big thank you to Abdullah Vural for magically finding my lost phone at 1am, he is a legend. And thank you Farhat Özcan for your amazing service. And of course, thank you Mr. Whatever for being an amazing human being and your treatment with your guests. Thank you for a lovely experience.

The bathrooms needs some refurbishing and the rooms need to include a kettle and some complimentary water, coffee and tea.

Location close to the sailing school.

This has been the worst hotel experience ever. The rooms are dark and dirty. Towels often unavailable and smelly. Room fridges are so old that they barely cool. Cockroaches around the pool area and in the pool. There was no internet connection, although they promised it will be fixed daily. Staff are incompetent. The hotel manager spends all of her day at the beach bar instead of managing the staff and all the mess the hotel is in. During breakfast buffet, people would pick up food from the buffet with their bare hands. Lunch/dinner food is very basic. We ended up serving it to the street dogs. Lounge chairs are half broken.

WiFi did not work for 5 days My fridge was not working so I had problem storing insulin as I am diabetic Air Conditioning was not working last 2 days No staff undertsand English especially night shift who were using Google translate on Android Breakfast was a very low quality

The location was superb and the beach was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of food options, the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The check-in time was 14:00. We arrived at the hotel at 17:00 and our room was not ready. We waited for around 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned, were not offered a coffee while waiting nor an apology. The toilet flush was leaking water. We informed the reception twice, each time we were told that a maintenance staff would come over to check but nobody attended at all.

there was nothing I did not like about this hotel , everything was superb as it should be in a beach hotel , I was actually concerned in the beginning bcos of some bad reviews we read about the property, I am beginning to think that the comments were more personal than the property actually, my advise to everyone booking this hotel , please book it considering the price and the location , it is an exceptional beach hotel , beach access , good vibe and very chilled out staff , you cannot except a 7 star hotel at this price , so please go and see for yourself , I’m currently at the airport and can’t even wait to rate this beautiful and excellent property

Breakfast was very good. The staff in the parking are very kind. Two people, one concierge and one man in the restaurant area, are really working hard in this place, they deserve credit... and a vacation. Right on the beach. Balcony was very nice (we got upgraded...).

Parking staff need to tell guests to park properly. Room numbers on the walls are peeling off. Horrible cleaning, even on cleaning day balcony was never swept, Handle to adjust shade missing, A/C smells funky, needs cleaning. Tap is off center, toilet seat fell apart, mini bar fridge built in so it doesn't cool, TV has analogue VHS quality. Most staff in reception and breakfast area are arrogant or just shying away from guests, don't even say welcome or hello. Claim understaffed, but actually extremely uncoordinated, while staff is going cleaning common areas instead of doing urgent fixes or serving the breakfast area. Guests book the pool beds with towels, then go for an hour of breakfast. Staff should not allow this idiotic behaviour. Every day they turned off the water at least once without any warning,. Had to wash off using bottled water. 22:45 (!) a guy with regular street clothes knocks on the door, to take a look at the broken toilet seat. We were getting ready to go to sleep. We'd already told three reception employees the exact problem. What kind of hotel is this messed up? Very loud music on the beach, and "private" beach is nothing private, it's public, with random people taking the best spots and there's nothing the hotel can or will do about it. Spa guy annoying trying to sell you his shop, even at breakfast, and doesn't take no for an answer. Had to tell him to stop interrupting me.

Loation is good in front of beach

Room is not our expectation, no wifi and Tv in our Room, we complain so many time but they did't solve our problem

The location is simply stunning, great to just get away and relax, perfect holiday for a couple who just want to chill and receive great customer focused service

Lack of bars and restaurant in resort itself means eating in hotel restaurants along a beach strip, food in hotel not bad, but not great

Design on this hotel is Fabolous! I enjoyed a lot on the terrace and pool.

Internet is super slow or doesnt exist in the room. Outside is a bit better but you still need luck to find good speed

Half board isnt half board, waiting over 1 hour for food waiting a while to just get served and its not even busy, rooms were horrendous my family had to be moved 3 times my bed didnt get changed for 15 days, been coming here for a while and it has changed so much, reception staff rude, however we spent the majority of our holiday at the manuela who welcomed us more then the hotel we stayed in....

The aircon went off on our last night and bar food could be better.

We've just returned from an amazing week at this hotel, The location of the hotel is just perfect, right beside the beach. The staff are exceptional from the hotel staff and management to the bar & restaurant staff, Mr Whatever, Yucel and Ahmet could not do enough for us, they are very hard working & always smiling. Thank you all for making our week so memorable, we will be back.

I just have one criticism or suggestion in relation to breakfast, it was the lack of fresh fruit, there was lots of variety with cooked breakfast, breads, continental breakfast, cakes etc. the fruit selection was poor in my opinion.
